Galaxia - Mini Social Networks

I opted to upgrade to premium. They took my $11.84 but I do not have access to premium features. Apparently other people have had this issue. Perhaps Google should no longer permit this fraud to continue. UPDATE: Google is refusing to refund my money. They told me to contact the developer. The developer does not have a valid email address listed in the Play Store.

Well I was accidentally signed out and it won't let me sign back in with my mobli account information, tried to reset my password but all I get is an error message.. tried to contact support like it said in the automated email but of course no response at all to my issue.. I will be uninstalling this now since there is no point to keep it if I can't even sign into it.

Its so frustrating since the move of mobli to this new app. Followers dont load. So i can go to all the friends pages that follow me. Also videos can not be viewed in full screen. Ugh mobli is ruined. Just recently I tried to go premium and the app took my money. Also now app has been down for days. Horrible app.

I used to like Mobli and stuck with it when it became Galaxia, but the app went permanently "down for maintenance" without warning after many people paid to renew subscriptions. They took the money and ran. That's pretty low. 0 stars for that.

I can't even go into details about how messed up this app is, because almost everything is broken. Videos don't finish uploading, feed dissapearing, incorrect data of followers/following/posts. Notifications not showing up, older posts are missing, the list goes on.

**11/28/16 UPDATE** their email address isn't even valid. complaints go nowhere!! I'm going to file a formal complaint to have this app removed and flagged for fraud. The creators and developers of this app do NOT respond to anyone's complaints or concerns. I just wasted another $11 for an app that is incredibly poor in design and doesn't give premium access. I've reported this to Google and am working on getting this resolved.

It didn't even let me sign up. Always got the following message "oops user creation failed. Give it anoher try " but it doesn't tell you what went wrong. All the social logins fail as well. Had the same problem with Pheed back in time. So you guys don't even care about the basics

Buggy from the onset, updates removed important features like portrait mode and video controls. Frequent crashes. A lot of people I followed left. If you don't pay for premium you lose messaging and get ads. I paid for premium for the year and now the site has been down for a week.

I paid for mobli. I regret that now. Not user friendly, you cant message anyone personally. Dont waste your money..

Worked fine till I logged out and forgot my password, the reset password function does not work and it always errors out, so I'm locked out of my account. I sent two emails already to support and got no answer in weeks. So at this point I'm just going to uninstall the app. Shame, it was better when it was just mobli.

With continually locking up, slow not usable interface, I don't why I still use this

I really want to like this app but it seems to have so many problems. Chat never works, customer service never responds, and now for the last few days it has shown that I am following 0 people, when there are well over 20. Because of this I can't see any of my friends updates, keeps suggesting I find ones on Facebook and Twitter and no matter what that part never works either. Overall this has been so disappointing.

Works even worse than Mobli did and that wasn't great! Shame it really has potential but you don't seem bothered to keep updating with any improvements

I loved the Mobli app when it launched and had a ton of fantastic filter. Now though? I'm still wondering what happened to all those photo editing tools and I'm a lil sad.

I just downloaded this app so I can give a bad review I am really angry that you aren't working with your other original app that I love so much and now it never works anymore I'm getting no views and no followers and nothing is active on it please get it back together no one likes this new app look at your stars you are failing life now!!!!!!!

This is the worst app ever but you need it to use Mobli which I love but it's dragging down Mobli as well. I'm going back to Instagram.

I foolishly paid for the year subscription. The money was taken but I don't have the upgrade. No way of contacting them via the app and I sent a message on Facebook but never got a reply. It's total fraud!

Paid subscription to Mobli did not transfer over to Galaxia. That's theft. Turned off notifications in the app. Still get notifications. What gives??

Update 12/14. still nothing. I want the premium subscription I paid for. 2 months later and I still don't have my paid subscription applied. what gives?? Finally got the Mobli world to work but I purchased a premium subscription and they have yet to apply it. Still no response after 2 support requests

Really upsetting app. I used to like it, but things kept going wrong, and the app just stopped working altogether. It's "under maintenance" permanently.

Went down for maintenance and never came back despite people paying money to subscribe. They took the money and ran.

Would give negative stars if possible. Every day it gets worse. Regret paying for premium.

I paid for a year, but it never showed that I did. And no one will contact me to help.

Pick up your game. Everything I see says processing even though I'm a member like come on. Get it together.

If you don't have root authority or a decent battery app this will slow your phone tablet down or even worse just burn it out,they know about the problem same with their Mobli app which after I paid my subscription nothing has been done considering the CEO told me it would be fixed + even tried the Android version only to tell me "yeah chewed my battery " HAHA Hysterical doesn't even open now apart to say " Galaxia has stopped" had faith totally gone,too much mining because too much debt ! Android phone now

Past week the app doesn't open only saying it's undergoing maintenance. How long will this go on for?! Usually maintenance lasts a few hours a day at most...

I downloaded this thinking it would be like twitter, but it's more like a better version of tumblr because it doesn't have any of the retarded feminists, sjws, or black lives matter. Also this app would be a lot better if there was tags you could use to search for worlds
