Gaia On The Go

Good app to browse the forums with. You can't access NPC shops unfortunately. You can get a weird page overlay if you look at MP then immediately go back to the main page(before MP load fully). I have heard of a setting feature possibly coming in the future? It would be very useful. Changing face expression is also bugged. I fully wish you could turn the app sideways, would make dress up much easier. Good app, better potential. Luck to the devs. I've rambled on enough now.

A good idea on paper, but I've noticed several issues. The refresh on notices and announcements no existent without logging out and logging in again, if you try to send a PM with it your punctuation disappears or is replaced with code. Gaia is really putting you between a rock and a hard place when you consider that the format bar moves on Chrome for android.

As stated by others, some notifications do not go away despite reading them already. It would also be nice to access some other things like normal shops, maybe get towns working. Also I noticed that it tells me to log in each time I try posting in the forums. Not a bad app, but could be improved a bit.

The app needs a better layout, the thought process is towards the correct direction, but I'd like to have the ability to go into the towns and play games on the app and do more app wise. Otherwise, the app is slightly moot unless you just want to go in forums and collect your daily prize and messages.... I want gaming ability to be available for this app. Gettin bored here.

For my phone, the HTC EVO, almost everything works great. My complaint is that I cannot open messages from other gaians. It always skips up to the other messages telling me I won the aquarium bottle reply contest.. like I said eariley this app is pretty cool and all features work right except when using my inbox.

The only functions that work are the Inbox and the Forums. Some of the others will pop things up but then you can't do anything. There is also no button or place to submit the issues your having as far as I can tell. This seems like a cool idea, but right now it is not verry functional

There's a few things that could use some polish. For example, I get a window asking me to log in when I try to change my avatar's facial expression. Also, it'd be nice if you could access more things with the mobile app, like the stores, or even the dumpster dive. Also, why is it that the biggest gold prize on the app is 5000 (that I've received) while on the actual website I've gotten up to a million? Please update that as well. Dunno if anyone from Gaia Interactive will even read this, but here's hoping.

Better if it can/has... •Preview items in the Marketplace and the Cash Shop •Fit inside the screen. This was obviously made for iOS. •Stop crashing. •Look and be smooth. •A chatting section •Bigger buttons •Post Action feature in the forums (RNG, dice, etc) •Guilds •Reporting feature But at least you can go on Gaia.

I've been an avid Gaia user for going on 6 years now. But now, I get a Galaxy s4 and download the app fir Gaia. And lo and behold it doesn't work! It even keeps asking me to download the app. Now, I know you guys have your hands full making the site itself awesomesaucetacular for everyone, but could you work on the mobile version too? We would all appreciate it. ~DamianBlade

This app isn't up to the same standards as the rest of the site. It'd be nice if it had more of the interactive parts of gaia. You can't check up on your friends, you can't even search up other players, by normal means. You can't access the normal shops, or even the rest of the daily prizes. Granted, it's fantastic for checking, and accessing the forums, and market, but by no means should it be this crappy.

The app needs so much work. Half the time I type out a message it doesn't send and if it does the coding is messed up. Plus I have times I can't do anything because the app is telling me to use the Gaia app and freezes up. It's really only good to look up messages so you can reply later.

This is a great app. It has everything I need. While there aren't any games, there's still things like forums and PMs which is amazing. However, it won't let me delete old messages and it often says that I still have new PMs and announcements after I've already checked. Also, a landscape view would be great as well. Other than that, it's great :D

It's good for on the go checking. But it does have a few bugs. When I finish checking PMs the notifications are still there, same as announcements and notifications. Also, it'd be nice if you could preview item in the MP. If you did this that'd be amazing! Keep up the good work!

Why is it taking me in loops? I go to sign in and it takes me to the play store where I already downloaded the app. I try to reply to forums, but it tells me that I am not signed into the site or whatnot. All of that is not true. I will uninstall and if it is not fixed, then it will stay that way. The original version was fine to keep, just in case something like this happens to people.

I like Gaia and all but your droid version of this app is just terrible. I think you give the Apple version a better quality while we get some barely functional app that doesn't even work. Just sad and a waste of space on the play store.

Using the app is ok however it really messes up PM's and the HTML style that the site uses. Also some aspects just don't work like subscribing to threads or the app crashing for no known reason. Make the app more compatible and I'll up my rating

If I could give negative I would. Its missing so much of the actual site. Its not even half gaia. Of course they made sure the cash shop was put on it, but not even that was done properly. You can only see the newest of the new. Theres no way to purchase anything else in the cash shop you might want. Dont install if you can help it.

I use it for the daily bonus to give me a little more. The PMS do not code right, it lags, threads are choppy and it's difficult to use. I would be more proud of Gaia if you got a real app. I want to use this when I'm away from laptop so please do something about it. I'll even help fund for it.

This app works okay for me - I was able to keep up with posts in the forums and private messages. I can also reply to posts which is pretty neat. However this app cannot properly reply to PMs and this has been an issue for literal years. When's it gonna get fixed?

This app is such a rushed pile of crap that it makes me sick to my very soul. The only feature they care about is having assess to buy more "Gaia Cash" It's actually making me miss MySpace.

It can be a bit buggy but not too often. Usually closing the app and restarting fixes it. Things I'd want to see is the ability to post comments on friends profiles and also notifications for when you get a new pm that come from the app. Not like the ones you get in email which usually come in very late bundled with a bunch of other missed notices.

The app is great and easy to use, but two things are bugging me. One is when the notifications don't go away on the main screen. Two is why there isn't a journal option in the menu. :/ Edit: Never mind, it crashed when I tried to change my avi's appearance. Fix it.

I think the navigation needs improvement. Back button takes you back to the beginning instead of the previous page. And a button to go back to the top would be nice! Hate scrolling all the way back to the top of long posts. Glitchy and slow to update. Sad we is still in this state. Really want an update T_T

Gaia makes a lot of money from users. Seems way unfair to offer such a mediocre app that won't properly send messages, won't allow you to trade, can't shop, can't update notifications unless you restart it, and more recently won't support gcash purchases on many phone models. It's honestly a huge waste to try to use the app

I have been a member of gaia for a long time and this app helps me from time to time. I would like to access my guilds forums, I would love to actually try on the item before purchasing it in the marketplace. For dressing up an undo button would be most appreciated. It's tiresome to go back n forth through the list especially if you have a lot of items. I understand that it takes time to keep track of everything but I like to use this app and if it did improve than that would be awesome!

It worked great for months but now says i can download the app and wont me read notices or mail or announcements and im on the app and wish we could do things like dumpster dive or runway....

The app does have a few problems here and there. And there is definitely NOT much to do at all. You cant access the worlds which is upsetting. You can dress up, go through forums, and shop, thats about it. I'd much rather use my PC as well

The app is painfully buggy, and doesn't access anything useful. No guilds, my sent messages box is empty, and attempting to scroll keeps trying to zoom(which doesn't allow me to click anything). On top of that, I keep getting a message popup suggesting that I use the app...while in the app.

I really like what this app has to offer and what it could potentially become! It would be nice to see maybe notifications a better "going back" button when on the forums. It is really tedious to go back to the main menu and reclick my way back haha. Make this app into a legit mobile app for gaia online and you will see a lot more usages from mobile users. As it stands right now this app is like a simplified version of the website but lacking most of its other content....

It's very helpful. Especially when checking new notices and stuff. And it's much more easier than opening your laptop and stuff, probably because I'm a pretty lazy person. xD

Its bugged as hell, not optimised for wider screens, the overall design of it looks like an iPhone app (ie the colours dont blend) and you can't really do much. Some of the buttons just take you to the desktop site within the app and on the dress up.... dont even get me started.... basically I will use it if I have to but not of I want to.

This app is useful in some ways, such as checking Pms and notifications.However, many important features are missing, such as the Guilds. Good if you cannot access the computer, but definitely not as good as the real thing.

I've had this app for ten minutes and its closed out every other click and it won't load my messages. The app has a lot of cool stuff, its just super buggy.

I've had my Gaia account since April of 2007 and I have between anticipating an application like this for awhile, but the application I just downloaded was extremely disappointing. I feel like it was put together in a rush just to be released quickly. I'm really not impressed with this. I wouldn't suggest any players to download this. Stick to your computer screens Gaians, this isn't what we wanted it to be.

Ninety percent of things won't even display and it keeps popping up with an alert to download the app I'm already in!

Does what you need it to do. There are flaws though. Going back you end up going back to the main menu. Makes it hard to be in the forums. No shops other than the cash shop and can barely see the item lists. Maybe its just me? Could be soooo much better. With the amount of money Gaia has been making this past year, you'd think they would update or create a better app. Please try to do this for your supporters. It will even help with buisness.

The errors on the site with my android have forced me into using this awful app. No options for guilds, two for cash shop and looks poorly made.

Tired buying Gaia Cash with google play money. Keeps me on "Please Wait...". Glad to see gaia fixed that probl- never mind they havent.

Functionality is awkward and a bit annoying. Also the formatting is way off with the Nexus 4. Hopefully it will improve with future updates. I'm just glad they finally released an app.
