App would be very useful if it didnt freeze and crash constantly

This app doesnt even work on my Galaxy S III.

This is a well designed app with lots of useful features for GAP travellers, BUT offline maps just doesn't work on android 5.1. Map tiles appear and disappear so that it's impossible to use. A shame because this would be terrific otherwise.

I am running lollipop on my note 3. I am a new CEO.. It loads and opens but whenever I try to select anything it just crashes and says app has stopped. I loaded it a 2nd time... Uninstal and re install... same issues.. it just crashes when I try to select any feature... it does the demo beautifully but does not function for my anything. Really a bummer as it looks slick on other people's phones.

It works for the CEO (tour leader)! Make it so much easier to access info about my trip. Unfortunately it doesn't support tablet/horizontal view yet, so it's a pain to use on my tablet. It also annoyingly asks if I want to download offline map, all the time. It should ask me question once and then no more.

The app worked until it updated. Now I can't see my itinerary, vouchers, or anything. Please fix as I really liked that I could use this app to view my trip

Offline maps feature i) broken and ii) useless. It continues downloading past the declared file size (in my case it went to over 300% over the 93MB of the initially indicated size). There is no option to remove that garbage from your phone, so I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. Then the map loaded according to the announced size but it does not show, there is only a blank page. Before that it displayed but not as a real map, just as a picture: when you zoomed in you just got boxy pixels instead of more details. Extremely badly designed and completely useless. I could do better with a paper printout.

I am assuming all the issues that were previously listed have been fixed. It exceeded what I thought the app would provide

The days till holiday doesnt now appear and it has mixed up my up coming trip with a previous trip. Please fix

No maps on android

What's up G? Like others have said, app used to be great but I guess since a recent update, doesn't work for crap! This is a great company so I'm not sure why they haven't fixed this problem yet. You can still search for trips but shows very little information for any current trips. If they fix all the issues it will again be a handy app for your upcoming adventure with day by day itineraries, maps and packing check lists. Then it will again be 5 star helpful.

8 days to my trip, I received notification to download offline map but when I go to app it would say no trips available to show. If I go to maps icon, I see the map but not sure if this is the offline map.

Worked great then it crashed. Uninstalled it Reinstalled it now I do not have my Itinerary, Map, Check List or Add Ons

Worthless app! It can't find my booked trip. Don't waste your time with this one!

Doesn't work at all and asks for access to EVERYTHING on your phone. When we asked for info via email about part of our trip we were told it could only be accessed via the app. Disappointed thus far with G Adventures overall and disgusted by being forced to beta test their app. If it worked at all this review would not exist. DON'T DOWNLOAD IT OR YOU WILL REGRET IT! Our trip begins tomorrow and unanswered questions remain. Wish us luck. Yikes. More like F adventures if you understand the meaning.

Not sure why everyone is saying the app is broken. I downloaded it, logged in, and was using the app in less than 5 mins. Works perfectly fine with Google login.

Impossible to log in to existing account. No help from tech support

Had the app over summer however stopped working. Kept crashing all the time so deleted it. Downloaded it again thinking they might have fixed it. Still awful as before, pretty useless.

Update: now you can login but trip info isn't there so no itinerary, no maps, basically nothing of any use. I hope the trip is better than the app...

Doesn't download Sony z3

Does not work, cannot download them and crashes when I try to.... update: now I get a notification to download my map for my boating adventure and when I go to offline Maps to download it say "map file cannot be found" !! Wth??

Over a year later and giving the app another try. Still doesn't work. Can't even register or sign in.

I downloaded the app and registered with both email and facebook but couldn't even access the account once

I like the maps and quick descriptions of the daily activities.I would like to have the entire itinerary of my trip in the app, along with a quick summary).I'd like to have access to the itineraries of old trips I've been on. If people on the same tour have downloaded not the app, it would be nice if they could be able to chat online. ***Also, I should be able to change or delete my settings (ie. DOB) in the settings for privacy - it is my own info, after all, so I should be able to control it.

Easy to use and have many useful information. Everybody must have this g apps.

Good app. If it'd work. Tends to crash when I leave the app and reload it. If I don't force a close when the app loads it appears to be attempting to update itself. . Lots of potential. Offline maps nice but useless. You can't zoom in close enough and no sights are marked on the map.
