I always have problem scanning my long receipts. When I scan it was clear. After scanning when I expand it was blur and receipt was always declined. Luckily Gadpoint has 2 very friendly, courteous and efficient staff Mr Steven and Mr Lai Chen Sung. Both your staff never fail to extend their help....very prompt indeed, excellent service!!....Steven and Chen Sung, both are assets to Gadpoint. Cheers Amy

Good concept apps but limited participating brands. Only accept 5 receipts per day. Some receipts didn't accept even for participating brands, for e.g. some Watson's receipts doesn't printed the full company name and it will failed to accept it. Very disappointed and Not very friendly user apps

good idea, but somewhat slow in issuance. also very limited in participating brands. new brands added were retracted or disappeared very quickly (eg. kleenex). redemptions limited only to NTUC & Bobo. good if can include more/others.

App is ok. But receipts keep being rejected despite having all the information required. Sometimes if it's the same supermarket purchased on 2 different occasions, it says duplicate receipt. I wish they can do something about it.

Receipt upload function is frustrating. Receipt keeps getting rejected despite many attempts to upload the pictures showing all the required details

The heading turns to 2nd pic n was rejected, heading got chopped off (duno y) also got rejected

Bad app. Did not receive sms verification code upon registration. Scam?

I think this is a great idea. Overall i find the apps is good except that when send invite to friends, I have to scroll thru all my lists to find one cos I do not like to spam all friends in my list...

But I hope you can be more flexible in the 24hrs rule. Sometimes we just forget to scan in the receipt in time.

Not too bad. Allows all supermarket receipt to be claim points. No need extra spending. Just use what you spend to get it.

Not able to upload multiple pages

Freebies to redeem and can upload any hypermarkets receipts.

Its quite good except a little slow in processing.
