It's always sucks, they always say we are working on servers especially with Indian services.

It's easier to use than others. Communication from a real person through email, welcoming me. Also it's easy just pick your desire and connect. I recommend if your not techy.

Still uses trackers! Paid lifetime member. Just curious, why does a VPN app use trackers like MixPanel? This really violates the privacy of users. Now I'm seeing reports that PureVPN actually does save logs, contrary to their published policies. The recent update has not fixed much, if anything. The untrusted network setting has never worked - it keeps trying to connect on trusted networks.

After some time of working great, it now says that "There is a problem in this server. Please try some other server." But whichever country I choose, it is always the same. And this is going on for months now. I'd hoped it this issue would be solved over time. But no. I guess I'm going to finally unsubscribe.

Tried using all servers and none work. Given the amount of VPNs out there I doubt I will be giving this one another shot.

Doesn't work, period. Any website the checks my IP can accurately tell where and who my provider is. Paid lifetime membership. Do not use Purevpn!

I would give it 5 stars, but after selecting autoconnect on network change, even if I disable the function, it still autoconnects. Having control of when I am connected to the vpn is a must and a deal breaker. Please fix this. This review was given several weeks ago with no response. If the issue is not addressed in one week I will remove this app from all of my devices and continue to rate it negatively.

Can't believe I paid for a 2yr subscription with them, I got sold on their marketing tactics. It does not work in China at all (mobile/PC), in the middle East the mobile app is never connecting. I now use free vpn apps that does better service. No doubt I will be requesting a refund, very poor app and support. Disappointing to say the least

Used to be good but now cannot make it. Can't even connect to Netflix and I paid for lifetime membership. I want a refund. Rubbish, I could connect directly from my ISP to Netflix but as some of the content are filtered. I use your VPN to connect to access the full US version. Pls fix the app soonest so that we enjoy the previous service standard.

Update made a mess of the program and had to reinstall it. Still no Finland on the list even though after the update it appeared but after reinstallation it was gone again. Can't believe it is so difficult to get it on to the list since there are servers in this country.

"Internet kill switch" straight-up does not work. App frequently gets stuck in a reconnect loop. When it works, it's great. But since it doesn't stop traffic when it's disconnected, it's basically worthless. Oh. And DNS leaks too. This is a pretend VPN client that doesn't actually route all your traffic through a VPN.

Very poor performance, and IPv6 leaking. They always tell you to contact them, but that's just a waste of time. The service simply doesn't have the promised capacity nor security. Don't pay for it! Although I paid for a 2yr subscription, I'm still looking for a service that is secure, fast and actually works as promised.

It is terrible. It took forever, and I cannot connect via your app on my Android tab. And not because I did not know how to key in the right password, in fact I use it everyday on my laptop. It just does not work at all on a tablet or android phone. Really, really, really disappointed!

Often does not work, lose connection, unstable. They tricked me with a 2 years deal, but my previous provider was better ( PIA) at the point that I am considering subscribing again to them. Ah, customer assistance also poor.

Painfully, Hideously, Slow.. Makes my internet connection unusable. On my phone when not connected I have a 4G 30MBPS connection, when connected barely 1-5MBPS. Laptop suffers similar degradation in speed when on WiFi.

The website misrepresents the fact that it's available to download via the Android tv playstore. It is not. You would need to sideload this app through a complicated instruction process. Gross misrepresentation.

Unusable most of the time (especially with BBC iPlayer). Don't waste your money! Gave 2 stars because it works with dd-wrt routers, just not all the time. Thought I'd be able to set it and leave it, but I have to reset the server address basically every week.

im in ireland and i pay to get premium upgrade and i try to tv stream from croatia but croatian rtl say sorry this is not posible to see in your country.... dont use premium they take your money for nothing app does not work

This Android App does not work very well. It is unreliable . And often has problems to connect to a server. Instead of giving a warning, it just picks another (random) server to connect. The internet killswitch does not work. This poses great risks, e.g. when you are doing something you want to keep private. Then the VPN stops for no known reason, you will NOT be notified, the VPN does NOT reconnect automatically, the kill switch does NOT WORK !!!!!!

Absolute garbage. Paid for the premium service for streaming via vudu. Works great if you use it at 2am when no one is online, but if you try and use it in the evening it just doesn't work.

Used to work great. After some update it simply does not connect to any server. Tech support is of no help. Acknowledge this problem, inform us about it and fix it please. If not, be prepared to have a lot of bad reviews...
