Had I known that it would not work properly. Timing out or unable to connect...I would not have spent $20 on a light bulb. I cannot find a solution. Phillips actually has a way more sophisticated bulb and there's a pack of 3 on Amazon. The price is a bit high, but I am sure that the app is able to help with any issues. I have seen reviews with same issues. My Wi-Fi is working just fine. I suggest if the same is happening to anyone else get your money back. I'm returning mine for sure. Craig Electronics

I don't know how the bulb works because the app keeps timing out and I cannot get it to connect to the network. If someone is going to put out a product you would think they would have the app to control it work. Going back first thing tomorrow.

Everything but changing color works! Its a shame because company i got them from sent 2 and neither are working when changing color!

changed routers and now after resetting several times it wont connect wifi time out .. never even on the old router or no router did it ever display white or yellow...only reb blue green

It claims that the WiFi timed out at least eight times. It didn't.

Didn't have one successful connection. Not once on 2 different phones.

For $20 keep your money it ain't going to be nothing but a strobe light

No problem connect. It does sometimes change color on its own. That may be interference, I'll have to try and figure that out. The dimmer ability doesn't really work it stays full intensity until you reach about 1/4 down. Then it just turns off. I hope to see improvements made soon. I definitely needs work. If it improves I'll most likely be purchasing another smart bulb from Icraig.

Sooo I got the bulb connected and color control seems iffy at best. There's no yellow or orange and dimming is crappy... I could look past all of that if the on and off time would work.

The instruction book says nothing about a uid, there's nothing I can find and the app won't let me do anything so it. Help !e and you can get a 5 star!

Great product found them on sale last Christmas for 3 dollars when ahead and got 10 and haven't had a problem since for the price awesome bulb

I tried to set this up for over an hour and the setup failed every time. I have tried every configuration of my router, every type of security including none and it still won't connect. If I could get my money back I would but now I'm stuck with a multicolored strobe light.

Let me know when you make an app that works... in the meanwhile I have a $20 bulb that doesn't work.

Won't connect to my Wi-Fi therefore can not use the $20 light bulb I will change the review to 5 Stars if the problem is fixed problem is definitely in the app not the light bulb though
