Your cam and app suck. Don't waste your time just return the cam to where you bought it. I now own a paperweight and it doesn't even do that good. Icraig is garbage and you can't find nothing online either. I'll tell everyone I can not to deal with u

@BEVERLY COATES @Ozzy C did you try to download the several apps needed to run the device im almsot done so cant say its the best yet but so far so good they should be a little more clear on having to download the apps though.. in your denfence

Po berty cc meha mega gid jivv bebe ....what you cant understand? Ya i feel the same way using ..or mo betta attempting to use your product. WTF is the default four digit password so I change it so some ruski sitting at their computer 10,000 miles away using the default password cant tell his friend who lives locally here that were out of town and he sees no one on the camera so go ahead and burg our house.

Just a rip off does not work if you have purchased it get your money back are trow it away

Doesn't work if I am away or not connected to my home WiFi which the point was to use while I'm not home. Sound doesn't work either.

After some fiddling, it works just fine! Directions are weird, look at the pics to see if you're doing it right. Annnnd remember to take the cover off the lens.

All 5 cameras stopped sending video on 1/1/2016.

Love the idea of the cam but the alarm will go off even on the lowest seting when nothing is in the pics please fix or I will demand a refund

Intercom doesn't work and there are no help directions for this feature. Please fix.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. It will crash ur phone or tablet. Just called them over mine and they WILL NOT relpace it. Said "its not in their warranty to replace items if there damaged." Should say WHEN they get damaged. Poor app quality and any item ive got from icraig has been junk period.
