Minutes of Meeting Pro is a Wonderful App for scheduling and recording the meetings and the minutes:
1) Create, Edit, Export and View Meetings, Participants, Agenda, and Action Items.
2) Export Meetings and Participants to Email.
3) Export/Email Meeting Minutes into HTML format.
4) Record the whole meeting and share the same with the participants. Video and Audio options available.
5) Capture any important images during the meeting.
6) Alert the participants with Vibrate or Ring using the Alarm.
7) Sort the Meetings with respect to Date and Subject.
8) Import the Meeting records from any Excel.
9) Export the entire set of Meeting records to an Excel, so that the same can be imported by others.
10) Export any one Meeting record.
11) Sync the Meeting information to the Calendar.
12) Search the Meeting records by any keywords.

I'm liking the layout and idea of this but there's no where to log what was actually said at the meeting and every time I try to attach a word doc , it just crashes....... help. This has huge potential
