I attempted to place my order for a one page copy and it wasn't until after I entered all my payment information that it told me there is a minimum charge. So I had to edit my order to make the minimum, the re-enter all my payment information. Waste of time. Then the app doesn't tell me the estimated pick up time until after it places the order. It would be helpful to know that prior to placing an order.

So far so good! Uploading documents was a breeze! Suggestions - when picking paper you should have information about which paper would be best for what and an annoying thing is when going through your folders the back button takes you back to the beginning instead of just the previous screen. Helpful tips would make this a 5 star app!

Annoying user interface, but gets the job done, after being frustrated >at least once. User experience needs improvement. It functions like middle schoolers built the app.

There is so much I really appreciate about using this app to order a printing job. The one issue I had, caused me to have to input card information over and over again. When it came to the part that offered me the opportunity to edit my cart contents I chose to alter the order a few times to get to the lowest price. Each time I selected edit cart contents,I had to re-input ALL of my contact and pay and biz address info. It drove me nuts with the time wasted. However, the ease of ordering prints straight from an email with a link to this app was a dream!

I use this app because I have to in order to send print orders to my local FedEx for easy pick up. It is horrible, though. Always inconvenient and difficult to use!

App is garbage, doesn't even work on Google phone. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, still cannot load a document to even attempt to order.

Nearly worthless app. It's nice because you can have your orders ready when you get there. Otherwise, it's better to just go inside.

Forced the minimum order at the last step. Ok. And then it tortures you to go through entering every single piece of your information over again. Very poor design of the app sugue.

Slow app. Ridiculous that I can't just print ONE item from the app and pay for it. Get screwed every time and have to pay more so I can use my credit card.

Always saves me when the printer in my house fails. Super easy to use and haven't had a problem yet.

Its bad enough i have to download this app. Can you at least make a decent one

Still jerky. Have to restart and and enter all info over again because it locked up when I tried to change quantity to get to the min of one dollar

Frustrating!!!!! After putting in all my information and tells me that it's invalid and I have to spend more than a $1 in order to print, then when I finally make it to a dollar it tells me it timed out. I have to put everything in again and then it timed out again and I had to put everything in again....

app kept shutting down and i had to start from scratch

I'm unimpressed with checkout process. I entered all my information only to be told I had to change my order, at which point I had to reenter everything.

It's BS u have to download app and let it access ur life to print from phone. I think I'll stick with UPS.

It ok for some printing but right now I have to use as my printer broke

Don't like the minimum but other than that useful cause my damn printers busted

It's awesome, I just finished my son project and my printer was down, I didn't panic I thought about FedEx office, I down loaded the app uploaded my documents and it was done, simple, Thanks FedEx you made Dad a hero

I use this app when away from home for projects and it is very helpful. When I arrive at the location, they're friendly and order is ready for pickup. Thanks

Out of the country and my spouse need help in printing important docs. This app helps us facilitate. It's all in the app!!!

Pretty good. Just wish I could communicate about when I could have it completed instead of waiting to find out when after I place my order.

Wow, so convenient. Upload from my phone, ordered, paid, all online. Easy pickup ir mail direct. Can't beat that!

Kept resizing my documents. Frustrating.

Used FedEx to print out my resume! They have a discount for students !

So far I have just got docs.printed from my phone while on the go and I Love It.

Worked great to easily upload birthday invitations from Etsy and pick them up when they printed.

Am I able to store my info so I don't need to reenter it each time I order

Not enough bindry options. No cutting specifications.

Use it for work print jobs. Works great unless u have specific instructions.
