Perfect! Better than i expected. GPS-Location in Thailand is to 10m accurate. The best GPS- product i ever tried. I order more of them. Even one thing i am missing: How can i know if the SIM don't have load for sending out sms?

The real time and historical location on the map is consistently shown wrong to the same two locations no matter if I am at the device to know where it is or not. And also does not match with google maps link when using sms tracking. Utterly useless as I will have to sms each time I want a location as the app messes up every time since activation.

Live tracking not reliable. Won't update positions in real time. Clunky app. Instructions poor, took a while to get the app working. Still live tracking needs fixing. Only the sms sos and ringing/text is accurate and reliable. No wonder the streetwise version from maplins only mentions sms instructions.

"Network connection fail" this is a bad tracker with a bad app. Thus tracker just stored responding to my texts and calls altogether and I was hoping to use gprs tracking instead of gsm.

its horrendous... worst thing i have ever bought for my bike.. data on gps is never correct telling where you have been.. if you have gone out on bike takes till next day to review the route you went on... its not recording all the route i take only some. issuing commands i.e alarm does not always come through to mobike phone.. uve moved it on purpose to see what happens and nothing or i get notification hours later.. all in all with the rise of bike thefts amd god forbid my bike was taken. with its data lag of showing the bikes location or where its travelling if i cant find my bike.. i will be coming to you for the value of my bike.. i paid fpr a productfor a product and service and i expect to use it with no problems..

Maps did not load on my S6 Seems an update has fixed. OK now Instructions are poor hard to follow for setting up device.

I bought their gps dog collar and tried to set up the gprs end of things. The fields to fill are confusing and I tried emailing them through here but it is undeliverable. So noone to ask for help even. Very unprofessional setup.

Unable to log in. No useable interface. No help. No instructions. Rubbish.

App does not work in real time. Tracker is offline. How to fix that?

Works perfectly. For those who can't login, use your tracker IMEI and the password login on the other screen instead of a username. If you can't use live tracking then you need to send the gprs command found in the manual. Takes some getting used to with setup but well worth it. Does the job as expected, however the app desperately needs a new design...the stretched out car picture makes it look tacky and cheap. A sleek, simple interface with a plain background and clean buttons is all that's required.

This app sux ass it never does anything real time unless i text tracker i don't need app for that it keeps saying its offline

Takes ages to update position not real time

Be aware, this app is flagged as Malware by AVG.

Hello, I am asking for a little help with a few questions! We are a large group of people enjoying TK tracker will increase. But we have a problem with the application map in real Taim is pure white and will not charge googal MAPS give solution to the problem?

If you purchased the device, then your server and password information will be in the manual. I also did not know but I got it and its working perfectly now!

Why is it tracking the phone and not the device? Please help

I have been using this for a little over a year. Now it's expired and i can't find where to renew it for another year. Also i can't add all my tkstar gps to one login. Have 1 for each dog....very annoying

Can never log in WiFi or network connection. What is the problem?

Use it to check on dad and dog... brill..sos alert and accurate long/lat coordinates love the geo fence... And with details and app on ipad dad can check me too when on long journey...

Set up was a lot easier than expected after reading loads on this, I can't seem to change the device time though and I get a weird historical jump in the route anyone any ideas

How do I even log in?? Server?? Username?? Password?? I'm so confused and can't even register anywhere...

The app works fine for tracking the device, and configuration options are nice. I am no longer worried about losing my dog when out for a walk.

Always tracks relative to home. If I am 100km from home I don't want t know my dog is 101km from home, I want to know where he is relative to me. I've checked with Google maps to ensure my phone gps tracking. Can this be fixed? then a definite 5 star.

Will log in only on wifi otherwise says network connection fails. Please fix asap this makes the device unusable on Android. Ios works fine
