IQPatient Track - Demo

IQ Patient Track is a mobile based data capture system that can be used in the community to collect relevant health data for patient that have visited local treatment facilities. This can also be used in community health outreach initiatives.
The system interacts (synchronize) with IQCare/IQTools to receive lists (e.g. defaulters), collect home visit data using defined fields (priority home visits), and send the data back into a facility based database EMR.
