Who the idiot developed this App. Has it ever been tested? I could find 10s of defects before I actually use.

My activation failed, so I tried contacting the customer service... They just rejected my call!! ....before finding this app I called the customer service for pack activations, cuz you don't find this t24 service in retailer shops here!.... And now 52121 is not receiving my calls!.... This is so damn disrespectful!..very insulting dude! Those representatives need to be taught some basic manners!
