The app is so... meh. Needs a lot of work. Lots of error messages, things don't work, and limited functionality vs the website. It feels like instead of a dedicated app, an "app" which was just a ported web browser to open the web page would be better, we'd get the functionality of it then. Just needs a lot of refinement, adding features, enhancing stability to the max, and improving the load times. It's just poor at the moment but hopefully will improve pretty quickly or I can imagine it falling over in the business I'm in which has started using it.

Awful. Unstructured. Unfriendly. Slow. Have to download everything to phone to view. Install this app if you enjoy looking at error messages.

Not as good as the desk top, limited functions. Should have option to limited data, used 350my in one day on mobile data.

App is terrible, everything is slow even on a fast WiFi connection.

Crashes occasionally

Was fine until I updated it, now tells me I'm a "first timer" and asks me to change my password. Won't accept a new one, while my current one works fine on other platforms.

Cmon guys , needs update so everyone can log back in, if no star rating was available that would get my vote

Unfortunately a way companies can make you do unnecessary training. A complete waste of my time.

Accepts password from desktop, fails to recognise the exact same password through the app.

Keeps telling me I'm a new user when fine on the computer since update.

Worked perfectly now it keeps saying 'hey first timer' and now log on please update!!!!

Log in don't work

Constantly informing me that it's encountered an error and has to close. When working no pictures are shown on posts so text only showing:-( makes it pointless. uninstalling until it's sorted.

It's useless, it won't sign in, it's loading and loading forever. I have android 6,all updates installed and everything.

On start up fails to complete company verification either success or fail. Rubbish

Since last update app crashes on load up

Cant log in use the same password and username as actual site and says signing in for a split second and then goes back to log in screen

Can't log in with same username and pass as on website.

Where has this been all my life.

Every time I log on and type my company name it boots me off and says server error

It's getting better but still incredibly buggy and seems to hang frequently. The mobile site is better

Resetting the password is a nightmare, reset link just takes me to an ineffective page which doesn't reset anything.

It is not updating, so I am not able to see the recent updated videos. It is very annoying, I have tried deleting and re- installing several times and still no luck. I am using a S6 edge, please sort this problem.

Why are business apps always so rubbish? If this app was consumer facing it wouldn't stand a chance.

Good way of keeping track of your company information

Cannot view my companies content (video, pdf) as requires a much larger screen. So of very limited use as a mobile phone app. When viewed on an apple tablet there is a 1 inch black border all the way around!? When I try to login via a PC browser I'm not recognised and there is no way of re-registering via the PC browser. So currently baffled as to it's usefulness due to poor practical accessibility to content which is the apps main purpose.
