The app stopped working it is showing the phone still at the last place it was which is an hour away from where it is now, it stopped working yesterday around 3pm and hasn't worked since. Showing the phone at the same place. I know for a fact that the phone is not where it says it is. It is showing when it's charging and what not, but not moving from the spot it is. I used to love this app but now it's nothing but problems. For the last month it had been showing the phone at places that it's not, it needs to be updated or something because it's not working good like it used to.

Works well and simply. The only issue I have is that if a phone wanders off the map I have to either relogin or hunt the map to recenter it. Can we have a button to recenter on the located object>

After the App update gives false locations at times or stays in loading mode or says I can't login overall good app but older version was greater than it is now

I already purchased the app.. when I click auto refresh it says I must purchase to use that feature and remove ads I click OK it takes me to play store I click open (since the option to buy is not there it's already paid for it) log back in and hit auto refresh for the same thing to happen ... please help.. Still will not auto refresh 1/30/17

This as been a great app since purchase but lately when I check it sometimes location is wrong. It said my daughter was in Japan while at school. Doesn't happen much but irritates when it does.

It's handy if I can't contact my daughter at least I know where she is so very handy

This app stopped working as soon as I paid for it. Tried updates and emailed developer. No response from either. Boo, save your money and time, use something else.

This app has issues at times when picking a device to locate. It picks the wrong device even tho the map is showing the correct device when viewing all. But select that device in dropdown, it picks another device. You need to fix that.

It's accurate most of the time. However, it quit working properly today. It hasn't located the device I'm tracking all day today and the device has been on all day.

App used to be awesome until the update that went out in December. Now its completely useless!

I just purchased the app. Does not work. Is this a ripoff? I am able to login to track phone, but it does not track it. Location point hovering somewhere north of Africa. The phone is sitting here next to me in the United States.

Used to be a great app but lately it is terrible. Please fix this. The location is off and it no longer updates like it should.

It works! if sometimes it takes time to locate phones, it's not the app's fault. plenty of reasons for phones not to be located right away. but as long as the phone being located has enough battery and has a strong signal, location is almost instantaneous. when locating an iphone, it even has a street view option which apple's own findmyiphone doesn't have.

Update!! The app issue has been fixed!! Working great again. The app was great but a few days ago, it just suddenly stop working. Won't be able to sign in... Please have it fixed. Thanks

12 Jan it's working now but the location point is way off, and the device location does not move to show the new location when it refresh。。。。。。I use this everyday and it is not providing the near accurate location information。。。Starting to dislike it, Please get this FIX ASAP. Believe you are seeing the rating going down.

Update:. Works again! Woohoo! Worked great and then stopped working today. "Unable to login" error with iOS devices

This app is so important these days. Cannot be without it. So many devices and children etc, so you need to know if they are safe.

Stopped working two days after purchase, but now fixed, hopefully.

It was great app until the last 2 days. And it no longer works. I know I am using the right user name and password because it works on my I account but no longer here. Needed to use it last night to find my daughter and a course now it don't work. Why do u pay for apps and then they don't work.

I have the Pro version. Used to love this app. First the hybrid and satellite views stopped working. Now I can't even login for iOS devices. What gives?

Worked great until I purchased the upgrade. Now it tells me the password is incorrect. What a waste!
