The anatomy of each tooth is ok, but they are not contacting each other. Proximal contact is very important in determining the incoso-apical position of cavity preps.

It cost 9 something dollars to unlock the full version and the impression I got was that all the teeth would be available and lots of different types of preps, amalgam pins etc would be available, but there are only 5 amalgam preps and 6 composite preps available.
