Viggle for Android
Ever since the last upgrade I have had nothing but problems. The app doesn't recognize any thing and once it does it crashes. I have yet to get through a show without having the app freeze causing me to have to restart my phone! Once perk points took over its been HORRIBLE! How do you delete all points after only 30 days without any warnings?
After the original Viggle owners sold their company to Perk Points it has been lame. Not only is it lame they also took all of my Viggle points. I logged in one day and they all disappeared, didn't even advise me that the were going to take my points.
Horrible crap. Used to be great. I had points earned and I logged in one day and they were gone. It was well over a year of earned points.....what was their response, "oops, sorry" The help sucks, way way too many bugs and glitches. Not worth the time for the prizes that are available.
Worse customer service ever! They think just because they make a comment here everything is fixed? Well no I've been having issues for ever and they tell me to go watch some other app, FYI all my shows ar3 recorded or they don't answer me. I've been waiting 2 months to get this issue resolved and when I've had other issues they just send me an en saying resolved and the date but they don't give my all my perk points I lost. Still the worst app ever to include customer service the btw love to fight with customers!
DON'T DOWNLOAD! Since Perk and VIGGLE merged, you cannot use your device for anything else while you VIGGLE, before you could, and still get your points. Now commercials come up and after the commercial, you have to hit a x in the corner and you don't get credited wit your points.If you don't hit the x it will just sit there and do nothing. Waste of time and effort. Another GREEDY company.
I use to love this app and used it all the time now I don't really like it as much anymore. The way you earn points I don't like how they changed that and the trivia games that you would do with the show and about the show while it was on was great. Since they've changed everything I'm not a big fan of this app anymore. Should really put it back to how it use to be and with all of the great prizes that they had before to.
Crashes a lot and will go through the ad but not give you points then go back to the start screen with the button for choosing the show to earn points. It can also be hard to look up the shoes that they are streaming and giving extra points for. They will either say the name in English and it will only search by its Spanish name, or it will be in Spanish and only search by its English name. What is going on with this app?!?!
I love the app. Very easy to use especially since the update. I get to use the app as a reading aid for my daughter. She loves to answer the questions. I even try to challenge my husband and play myguy. In 2014. 6/4/17 New Samsung. Excited for app. Uninstalling it due to the time consuming ads and points system. Unfortunately, now the app gets 1 star instead of 5.
Super mad at this program. After all the time I put in to get points on this, they deleted all my points because I was inactive for a little while. Why was I NEVER contacted about my inactivity and maybe getting a warning this would happen. Super mad this happened!!
Updates have made it unenjoyable to watch TV. This app used to "listen" to you check in to a TV show & then give you points towards gift cards. You could enjoy your show & in exchange for your viewing habits you got gift cards. Not anymore, it constantly stops crediting points while you enjoy your show & it waits on you to "x" out of a screen. This app is more trouble than it's worth.
Don't waste your time downloading this app. I loved this app before it was bought by Perk. After that it went down hill but I stuck with it hoping it would get better but it didnt. After being unable to log in for the a month I lost all my points. Customer service deemed them null and void. What a waste of time with all the ads and how long it takes to accumulate points. Plus you can't get points for music anymore it's only tv shows and even with that it's hit or miss if the app even picks it up.
They ruined it even more! Having Perk acquire it was a huge mistake! The app is useless and viggle support on Twitter is even worse. They can't come up with valid answers so they block you after sending extremely insulting messages. Viggle on FB is worse. You're not God! Why don't you just fix it correctly instead? I should not have to leave my phone going for a whole show just so I can watch their ads ad nauseum. After last night's update, I don't even get points, it freezes & forces closed. No bene tutti!
This app SUCKS!!! I used to love this app. I was able to earn a Kindle, a blue ray player and gift certificates. I was so close to having enough points for an iPad and without warning they decided to no longer offer gift cards or products. I didn't join for music or TV. I guess it's fine if that's what you want, but I have been really disappointed with the updates.
I had over 1,000,000 viggle points, converted the most allowed per month .and I guess time ran out cause I logged in one day and all my viggle points were gone. I was only left with what I had converted. Then to top it off. I logged in this month and I'm back to zero. Cause I hadn't been on for a while. Cause everytime I try to it asked me to sign in. Makes me wonder why I'm wasting my time. Or why I wasted all that time saving the points. I'm seriously thinking of deleting the app and all its games. This also happened to my moms account which had 800,000 viggle points and my girlfriends account which was neck to neck with my 1,000,000 viggle points . I have tried contacting customer service with an email and got absolutely no response.
Way too many ads. I can understand once in awhile but for every question you go through is a 30 second commercial? Not worth my time unless you reduce the ads.
I used to have this app installed on my old phone awhile ago. Got a new phone and haven't been on for a bit. Installed it on my new phone and can't log in. It gives me an error which looks like it is a server side issue and to try again later. Read some reviews and noticed they it looks like the rewards point system has changed and if you didn't convert your old points to the new system you would lose them. I gave up on trying to log in with my original account due to a clumsiness of this app. I decided to try and make a new account and still had errors. Not worth my time anymore if it is this difficult just to log in. It sucks since I had a lot of points built up too.
This app sucks... half tge time you can't log in and you can't get any help ands if you can't log into this for 30 days they take all your points when you do go to them for help you get no help. 13000 plus pints lost because they can't get thier system to work do we can log in Recommend not wasting your time. .
After every frickin trivia question you answer RIGHT there's an ad. I wouldn't be upset if they were wrong answers then I had to watch. But why punish us for 30 seconds EVERYTIME we answer correctly ? I won't recommend this app to ANYONE
Don't waste your time. This used to be a great app! Now all frustration! Can't just check into a show. U have to watch your phone like a hawk bc sometimes you have to either press play button or exit out of screens or you're stuck & lose points. Also have videos that freeze & you have to totally exit out of app then go back in. Again lose points. Customer service is EXTREMELY slow to fix. Reported k9 advantix II Ad freezing on 4/12/17 & today is 4/23/17 & ad is still "playing" & freezing. Same old BS responses from tech support/cs. Would give ZERO stars if I could. So FRUSTRATING
I loved this app until my account was hacked and almost all of my points were used by the hacker to get $200 worth of gift cards. All Customer Support would tell me is "Sorry to hear that. Change your password." They refused to refund any of my points even though it was their system that was hacked.
This app used to be great, but now after 30 days all your points disapper. That's just stupid. Wasted all this time using the app, go on vacation, and my points are gone.
Its not like it used to be at all. A couple of years ago it was better a person used to get a viggle point for every minute of the movie and i am no longer seeing that. What is wrong. I would like a administrator to contact me please
Not happy. I don't know when they changed because I haven't used it in a while but I DON'T like the new viggle. I have to leave my phone constantly running stupid commercials to earn points??? I used to just"check in" and it would reward points for however many minutes you watch the show and I had alot of points saved up the last time I had used it and now I don't have CRAP. Should have left it alone
I miss being able to play The Trivia (Viggle Live) along with the tv shows. The Trivia (blue trivia box) links are meh, boring, don't relate to the shows going on.
Love it love it. Except for whenever it stops responding or won't load video to give points while watching live tv or streaming and won't give points & puts xx for missed points even though not my fault apps fault or internet one. Should give points when this happens.
I use it occasionally, don't have the patience to use otherwise. Cool for what it is, however I am consistently getting logged out which is irritating. Also gets stuck when I'm supposed to be rewarded. Will keep around for when I quit my job. This only has a higher rating because of the old (like years ago) Viggle.
I have never seen a company like Viggle who constantly "false advertises" about how many Bonus Points they offer to their customers, refuse to communicate with their customers, and blocks people on social media who are simply asking them questions, to still be in business. Sign up if you want but you will not receive the points for watching TV that they promise. The new company that purchased Perk is a lot worse.
I loved viggle until it became a part of perk points. I lost all my viggle points when it switched over which was frustrating. And now it is hard to get points and I did not check in for a bit and all my points are gone. I understand they want you to keep active but it's just disappointing to lose the points you earned when they are hard to get in the first place.
This app used to be so much better before my perks took it over. Always have to close the ads, ads freeze. Not really worth the hassle anymore
May update: App is still not working and has not worked for most of 2017. Viggle had the nerve to ask us to "rate their app for more possible points" when it is constantly broken, including incorrectly awarding points, broken and freezing ads, and company is unresponsive (still) -- apparently ignoring the problem makes it "better. There are still ads in rotation that have been broken since February. Avoid at all costs until the app works again.
The Perk staff has become a bunch of liars who accuse you of using automated software to "exploit" points and cancel your rewards. When you email them about it they choose to ignore you. If you send another email they'll mark it as solved without even responding to it. I've moved on to another passive earning app that isn't perk related.
Once they merged with the scammers PERK they ruined their app and credibility. Perk robs your points when you get too many..and I had YEARS of points. Total scamming scumbags. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.
The whole Perk platform is useless....was a loyal Viggler and they took away my favorite opportunities to get points and took away almost 25,000 points after their platform did not track activities performed! Waste of my time!!!!
I hate the app. You used to earn a lot more points, but in the end, it shows a black screen or it will stop on a particular video and freezes. They need to get with their software developers to redo this app or perks will loose their business.
Beware.this app does not do as it claims. ...it times you out of shows, so you lose points. ....it will not let you connect during bonus shows, so you lose points, and when you contact them they don't respond. More than 2,000 points I've lost in last week because thus app doesn't work....
PERK TOOK 14766 POINTS FROM ME CAUSE I DIDN'T LOG IN FOR A MONTH THAT IS BULL THERE IS NO WHERE THAT IT STATES YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO THIS. I WANT MY CREDITS BACK!!!! They are a BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!!
Junk just like all of perks apps. 3 yrs ago they were good. Now they just make excuses to screw you. I recommend trying a different rewards place
Viggle developers!! 'Floridas Natural' ad does not allow points to be added to my account. It locks up. PLEASE TAKE IT DOWN!! Remove it and improve the app experience and I'll rate at 5
App is a waste of time. I'd give it zero stars if I could. I don't know what happened to Viggle, but this is a complete waste of time. Not to mention they took all of my points away for being "inactive"! I wasn't active because their shotty app would freeze my phone anytime I'd use it. My advice go play Pokemon or something. Don't waste your time on this!

Oh my goodness this is the lamest app I've ever seen. I have to keep the app open to allow its commercials to play or I don't get any points for watching a show. WHO THE HELL THINKS THIS IS ACTUALLY A GOOD APP? YOU'RE ALL CRAZY! they can keep all my thousands of points I earned using the original Viggle app. I will never be using this one again.
