Quality milk. My family loves it. What makes it even better is the absolutely professional service. From the delivery person to the person who answers calls at customer care, everybody on the Farmery team puts the customer first. Queries and concerns are promptly addressed. The app just got better and now it allows me to make changes to my delivery pattern real time.

Taste of real cow milk after such a long time in Delhi made me feel nostalgic. Loved the taste, your service and app! Future belongs to you if you maintain it(difficult job). well done for now!

Useless app - no way to cancel subscription. Once started there is no way to stop them sending their milk and pestering you with calls and texts to pay.... AVOID THE HASSLE

I have no problems with the app but inspite of repeated reminders, their milk gets delivered quite late in my society. I believe this would the be last month where I can give them a last chance, else I'll have to discontinue.

The customer service is pathetic. For resolving any issues i have to call them n number of times. The app has a lot of bugs such as the referral system doesn't ever work. Sometimes the delivery boy says lie and does not deliver the milk and the milk gets counted in the order and if I have to ask for correction then i need to call them n number of times to gets the issue resolved. If i have raised any complain on the app then there is no way i can see the status of the issue and it automatically turned to closed status and the issue does not gets resolved.

Worst Service & Unprofessional customer support! After lodging several complaints & reminders also, Milk delivery always done LATE even for Prime locations & delivery boy gives a new excuse every time. They are incapable to manage On-Time delivery! Delivery only possible in morning & that too as per Delivery boy's convenience and NOT as per customer's pre-booked time slot? Instead of 1litre, only 910ml of milk delivered in bottle for certain unknown reasons! Mobile App is Not Customer friendly as any filed Complaint/issue gets automatically resolved/closed Without actual resolution or any update to customers! Nobody would like to pay money to have so much of hassle every morning just to get 1 bottle of Milk therefore Closing down this subscription and going for more Professional & customer friendly milk supplier.

Great product, sweet talkers in customer service, but unwilling to resolve issues... Willing to apologies but not resolve. Late delivery most of the time.

Excellent app. The milk quality is consistently good. There are no delivery issues and the customer service is also very responsive. Would definitely recommend them.

Pathetic service Arrogant customer care and the quantity is not exact 1 lt as the promise. It is around 910ml. That's how this company is cheating the customers. When I tried to raise this concern, they suspended my subscription. I doubt the quality of milk from such a firm

The app seems to be developed pretty well.I am impressed when it comes to the user interface. As far the service till now no complaints. We take milk occasionally (once or twice a week ) but its delivered to me on time always and quality has been good.

Please add other cities as well. Only Delhi and Gurgaon.

In two days trial period....100 rs is cost of 2 bottles or only 1 bottle?

Nice idea, But start your services in noida too

Tried 2 time for online payment. COD works. Received quality cow milk at home.

Fix the issue so that I can order a trial. Confirm the fix to me and I'll then only update the app.

I choose trial for 2 days and proceed to payment but cash on delivery was not working its show cart was empty in toast where i have 1ltr milk in my cart.

Quality of milk is best

Was able to register it after several attempts, for my order it shows items in the cart, does not allow to proceed for payment. USELESS.

Crashes at smallest variation possible. The payment portal hardly works.
