İlk olarak kurucumuz olan Şaban KULAK mağazacılık olarak Ankara’nın gözde alışveriş noktası olan Kızılay şehir merkezinde geçmiş tecrübe ve bilgisiyle birinci mağazamızı açmıştır. Daha sonrasında ticari ve sosyolojik olarak değişen noktalar sebebiyle tekrar şehir merkezinde bulunan Ankaranın ve Türkiye’nin ilk AVM niteliğindeki soysal pasajında oğulları Fuat KULAK ve Yılmaz KULAK ile beraber yeni bir mağaza açmıştır ve bir yıl sonra iki mağaza daha açarak Ankarada üç mağazayla hizmet vermeye devam edilmiştir. Daha sonrasında değişen modayı daha kaliteli ve hızlı bir şekilde siz değerli müşterilerimize sunabilmek amacıyla firmamızın üretime ilk adımları atılmıştır. Üretime ilk girdiğimiz yıllarda daha ufak kendi ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılayabilecek bir atölyede üretimimizi gerçekleştirmeye başladık fakat üretim kalitemiz sayesinde diğer mağazalar ve şehirlerden gelen talepler doğrultusunda üretimimizi büyütme kararı aldık ve Fabrika niteliği taşıyacak olan Türkiyede o yıllarda pekte bulunmayan makine sistemini İtalya’dan ithal ederek mevcut olan atölyemizi daha geniş ve rahat bir yerde makinelerle entegre ederek Fuat KULAK’IN kararıyla kurduk. Yeni üretim yerimizde Fabrika niteliğinde model çalışmaları için ayrı bir ekibin bulunduğu üretimin her safhasında makine ve el ile ayarlamalar ve kontroller yapılarak tüm gerekli ekipmanı kullanarak en iyisini sizlere sunmak için üretimimiz her geçen gün geliştiriyor ve tecrübeli kadromuzla sizlere hizmet veriyoruz. Ayrıca üretimimizde ayakkabı taban ihtiyacını daha rahat karşılayabilmek için jurdan taban üretimini gerçekleştirecek 14 makine bulunan ve diğer firmalarında ihtiyacını karşılayan ayrı bir üretim katımız bulunmaktadır. Bu yıllarda Ankara’da müşterilerimize daha çok noktadan hizmet verebilmek amacıyla Ankara’nın ilk AVM’si olan Karum avm’de şubelerimizi açtık Türkiye’nin ilk zincir mağaza niteliğinde bulunan 5 mağaza ile 2008 yılına kadar sizlere hizmet verdik fakat 2008 yılında aldığımız kararla firmamız sadece üretim olarak hizmet vermeye karar verdi ve 2013 yılında ise toptan satışın kalbi sayılan İstanbul-Beyazıt bölgesinde bulunan showroom niteliğindeki toptan satış mağazamızda üretimimizden çıkan ürünleri sizlerle buluşturuyoruz.
