The app doesn't register my location the majority of the time and when it does it ends up texting me later that there are no taxis available when i can see empty taxis driving by

I have a Samsung S6 Active and it wouldn't even let me select my number to edit it. Couldn't get passed the first prompt.

Doesn't work, whenever you type in drop off location it says Order Failed.

Terrible app. It's default location is Yongsan amd it will not allow you to change the location.

Worst app ever drop some of that billion dollar profit AAFES makes each yr and get a decent chinese programming crew

Pros: fast to respond, cab drivers know the base Cons: You get a taxi when one is available

not so much on the app but why is it that i call a cab and always no cabs but i see them driving by with no one.terrible service

Easy way to order or call a taxi

Received a text saying that no cabs are available in the area and to try again later. What horrible service tells you to try again later. I wish I could give it zero stars.

Absolutely worthless. Freezes every single time you attempt to use it and orders never go through. Devs are incompetent and customer service is nonexistent. Uninstalled.

I propose an addition to the app that allows users to rate the drivers, much like Uber allows. Some of the drivers have been among the rudest humans I have interacted with, they are also known to purposely drive slow and often longer routes than necessary.

The app used to work just fine. I use it on my smartphone using WiFi, since I am traveling to Korea on business. But for the 1st time in several years....The app seems broken. I cannot order a taxi at all. It says order failed. Now I am screwed.

This app isn't an AAFES app. Moreover it doesn't get taxis to you by dispatch. They see if anyone is near you or wants to go to you. If not, then you have to figure it out on your own. Usually the taxis like staying on post and not venturing out

The pick up area field does not work rendering the app un-usable. If that were to be fixed, I am unsure of any other bugs that exist.

Easily the worst app I have ever used. 90% of the time i am tapping to enter info and it doesn't register. Then when a miracle happens and i'm actually able to order a cab, it keeps canceling them. GPS on it doesn't even work. This app is pure trash. Not surprised as it has AAFES name attached to it

Even knowing Korean it doesn't work. It uses GPS, but will not let me select the location. I have to type everything in manually and still it does not place the order for the taxi. I had to end up calling 5 times or more to get a cab

No problem with the app so far. You can edit pick up and drop off from hangul to English. However, there are never cabs/taxis available. No point to having and app to request service if every time you do so it is denied.

App works but call operators have limited english skill. Cabs also seem to be unavailable very often. I have tried this app in Daegu and Seoul with same results.

Doesn't work on the galaxy s7 edge, can't even select anything or input text in to any text field. Completely unusable

This app is terrible. Won't let me select pickup or drop off area. Has it listed as Yong San and won't let me change it. Also we called them from a KOREAN phone number and the guy who answered said he could not pick us from the Commissary because it was a taxi stop. Had to call an actual taxi company to pick us up.

App will not work for me. Allows me to input name but will not let me do my phone number and it will not go past that point.

I know others who are using this app and it is working, however it will not permit me to enter a phone number which is required to begin basic use of the app.

Cant use it

I could live without the GPS function because it's not accurate. But punching in where you are and where you are going is easier than trying to make sure the phone operator understands what you are saying

Messages appear in Hangul. Freezes and is super buggy.

The app seems to want to leave GPS running for hours after you use it. That's funny because none of the location aspects of the app seem to work. Other than that it's better than trying to call or text... Usually.

Everything in Korean language.. Doesn't work
