Can't register it at Bank or can't register/reset mpin in Internet banking. Even at branch, staff have no idea about the issue. very poor design/procedure compare to other Bank app. Every one else moved to UPI but IOB still can't make a simple proper mobile banking app. Too bad.

This app doesn't allow me to perform any operations such as money transfer, transaction history etc. It always asks me to perform mPin change transaction, which is also not happening. Please look into this so that it will be useful. Thanks

OTB not generating Every update v r facing some problem. SBI app also give problems after updating. Since both r govt & nobody can ask. They think v r subscribers not customer.

Hi admin, am NRE holder; kindly sent OTP also to ta regtr email id. Am in struggling, can't use banking new update asking for OTP to open app. am in out India working on Ship. I don't hav mob network to receive OTP. Only hav internet on ship am in mid-sea, so Pls sent OTP on email as well.

One of the worst banking app in indian banking industry. No options to reset mpin itself. They should learn from other nationalised banks

How to add beneficiary there is no option to confirm whether the beneficiary has been added or not it's not responding how do we use the application.

When I click on frogot mpin in IOB online it says u r not registered and when I try to register it says u r already registered.. Caught in a deadlock...

When I go for forgot mpin it days u r not registered and when I try to register it says u are already registered. Vicious circle and hence unable to use

If i go to mobile banking registeration in net banking it says you are already registered, if i select forgot mpin it says you are not registered, what can i do for register for mobile banking. Plz help me

After updating the app, never have I received any OTP on my registered mobile number. It takes my mpin and asks me to put the OTP. Please help on how to resolve this problem

Very much Poor design , account statement is missing, no details about Debit card,service charges for fund transfer/imps not displayed upfront,why NEFT is not available on weekends? All other banks provide on weekends though transaction execute on next working day.

I entered the mPin while registering for mobile banking after putting my mobile number. But I got a msg as your account has been blocked / deactivated

Why its showing your account is inactive when the account is active fully I went to my branch they said your account is active even I withdraw money from my account then how come they are showing your account is inactive r u mad ??

If you are going to update something please update the UI and make it easy for the user. Also please increase the performance of the app. And mainly please don't ask to update to use the app

No actions are working in the app except money trasfer that to in the office working times,No helpline ,tollfree number is working ,worst service in banking

Nice, but I m investing in mutual fund i cant add the mutual fund unique registration number biller in my account through website and mobile app also. Add the mutual funds in the net banking

Better than most other apps in the industry wanna try better than go for iob m passbook n iob connect u will love it.

I am already one account use mobile banking. Same mobile number on Another account syc on mobile banking . New account number not syc. It is two accounts same mobile number so one account only used

IMPS service is not secure with MPIN. Once you login with password IMPS will not ask for any MPIN or Password or Transaction password.

Every time I login it is showing as non mobile banking . I submitted my mobile banking application in my branch they conveyed it will be enabled . nothing works out. Moving out of IOB bank .
