Nykaa - Beauty Shopping App

I dislike this app bcoz instead of being a particularly makeup app, they always have products out of stock .why is it so?

Awesome work nykaa.. delivery within 2 days... i was scared after reading revieWS coz i had made prepayment ... bt u guys are superb.. a big thanku frm mah side..

I really don't understand wat s meant my writting a review ...It's bad tat u don't display negative reviews..It's says within 24 hours it ll b submitted n I had been waiting n u guys jus dint let ma negative review to b displayed..i really dint expect tis frm nykaa..Reviews r to help others in purchasing d product..Does tat mean u guys ll b filtering negative comments concerned with u? We can't make return or replace requests on this app, once you bought and u didn't like the product no one cares like other online shopping apps. In Nykaa there is no refund/replace/return policy.

Don't work perfectly this app, my phone becomes very hot after using few minutes.

I was quite apprehensive about placing an order after reading the reviews. But I've received 2 of my orders within 10 days (I will vouch for the slow delivery of the 1st order though). Both my parcels were well packed, correct, intact and in good condition. Thanks!

very bad experience with nykaa. I given my 1st order on nykaa on 9th September and I have already paid for it but the order is still not delivered. I called customer care nine times they said order will be delivered by tomorrow but there is no any such tomorrow till date.

Recently I had a very bad experience with Nykaa, the product which was delivered to me was not what I had ordered and inspite of getting in touch with them several times ,they have done nothing about it. In fact I have already made a payment for the product ordered which is much more than the wrong product delivered to me. I am feeling very cheated. I would advise not to use this app since they do not bother about what is being delivered or about responding or even having the wrong product exchanged!!!! BAD EXPERIENCE!!

I have been using Nykaa for around 6 months now. Products are just fine . Delivery is also ok . There are a few glitches here and there but they have successfully made amends for them so far . These things happen with online retailers. I think if given the chance Naykaa will provided better experience to customers. Kudos !!! P.S. work on making your app more efficient on the system side. It slows down my phone a little bit.

Logistic partners of nykaa have worst reputation in delivering. After 10 days of waiting, still I have not recieved my order. You may get your product if you threatened them properly, I think they delivered product within 1 month in most of the cases.

If anyone tells you that their services are not good or their products are not up to the mark then don't listen to them... Nykaa, I think is one of the best Android app for beauty products and I highly recommend it.

Nykaa is the best app to buy beauty products. If you are looking forward to buy high end beauty products then nykaa is the most trustworthy place. There is no scope for any doubt. I love and trust nykaa blindly!!

Hi, Nykaa has always been sending genuine products to me however in my last purchase they charged me a hair product more than MRP. I tried to raise a complaint but nobody responded.

Rules n regulations dy folow is bad. Dey should learn from other online stors. Very bad experience it ws..

Customer care service ..0 I given my order on nyka on 4 September and I have already paid online ..n I also contact customer care regarding my order BT they alwyz said its today out for delivery n aj aapko mil jaayga bt .nhi milta. N I call customer care around 20 times ..

After placing order I received message it will be delivered within 2 days. But after 5 days I received incomplete delivery. Mailed the customer care and received no reply in return.

I encountered issues with their products so I decided to write an email, as feedback (the return policy said I can't return products that have been used even once, which is odd for a make up retailer). The colour representation and product specification was absolutely inconsistent with what I actually received, hence the email. The customer service is absolutely atrocious since the reply I received to my email was just their returns and cancellation policy, and not a word of redressal to anything I had written. They didn't even bother to properly read and respond to my email. I'd rather pay full price at a retailer than shop from Nykaa again, what a waste of time and money. UPDATE - Nykaa representatives did reach out to me, and actually listened to suggestions, which was a refreshing change! No refund or return, but I did get a voucher for half the original bill amount, so that's there too.

Discount on any product is not clear, price of any product changes within short duration... There is no fixed price

I ordered one item from nykaa on Sep 13th 2017, still i haven't received, i called 5 times to nykaa and they r telling tomorrow it will be delivered but tomorrow is not coming,now my frustration level is high, i m fed up now, so, please don't buy anything from nykaa, its a fraud site, they r not responding properly, they r irresponsible.they r cheating customers.

For d first tym i received any damaged product..... bt thanks to Nykaa team replacement done within a day. Daily great deals offered.

The returning policy is worst, I have received an incomplete order, no customer care response, worst service rather visit to the stores for purchasing things.

No words to describe about nykaa.....i am its fan.....100% authentic and trustyworthy online bueaty shopping site......love their product range......i started ahopping online from nykaa..and still continuing.....cuz..they are soo perfect......its a must store for all who loves makeup and skincare.....love it...Their customer care services are really very active and soo friendly ...........if thers any prblm with their products.....jst inform them they are soo nice and ill solve ur prblm......

They don't even inform when the product is out of stock. Nobody from customer care replies. They just steal the money and don't deliver. Very bad experience!!

Very poor experience shopping with this app. unsatisfactory product..be careful buying costly product as they send old and dingy packaged products...

First of all,I would like to thanks Falguni Nayar and her team for this wonderful e-commerce website & app. I just love everything about this right from their genuine products,packaging,their rewards program as well as their customer service (they do respond sooner) and now Prive membership (y)...Hats off, just one suggestion:do update the "status" of orders in the app real time..because it still shows processing even after it's delivered...plus include live chat portal in app....Other than that...I LOVE NYKAA ✓

when I tracked the order, it shows the products have already reached to my city 2 days before..i don't know why are they taking so long to deliver it to my place..also I'm not able to send any query via app. expecting a prompt reply here!

its good app for shopping all cosmetics but need to update regularly otherwise it hanged up your device... my experience with this app is awesome otherwise ☺

Yesterday I have ordered some stuffs , from naykaa and today when I just opened my app it somehow went logout. Today when logging my naykaa account from Facebook , it's not happening I don't know why , it saying that login from Facebook it's not possible try from your Gmail account. Now I'm literally tensed like I don't have any evidence that I have odred stuffs.

I got a really bad quality product that they shouldn't be selling it in the first place and they refuse to take it back, utterly disappointed with their service

Nykaa is superb but should incorporate more free gift offers of course discounts r equally important but i love the nykaa appn on the whole its easy to understand & follow
