Really like this app, great to see what my little one is upto when with his childminder. Would like to see a few small tweaks (android v6). When using pin to login just show a keypad instead of qwerty. When accessing the more menu, each navigation item spans over 2 lines? And I'm not sure if the push notifications work? Very minor things but all good other than that

Great app for observations on the go. 2 problems though: can't save photos or videos unless one screenshots them and the most annoying thing is that when ones screen goes off the app wakes up with a pin request and you can see all the text you typed in for a split second and then it dissappears!!!!!!!!!!!!! Makes you want to throw your phone at whoever has coded this. Please fix it.

Would get 5 stars if could fix to close after logout. Always gets stuck on screen. LOve the Merry Christmas message on your home page... thoughtful.

Mine doesnt let me add any observations and i cant see anything from the school. I tried asking the school but they were so busy with it being last day before the holidays. I didnt want to bother them. Please is their anyone who can help me. ;-) im dieing to use this app. Thanks for the reply. I will have to wait till she goes back to school lol. Thanks so very much.

Keeps crashing mid observation leaving a white blank screen where you can do nothing but restart the app. It also logs the user out mid observation saying the staff list cannot be found. Was a great idea to begin with but now it is frustrating to both practitioners and parents

Sometimes can't see an entry after I've uploaded it. Not sure why... Previous upload has also disappeared. Disappointing as is a great idea when it works

Great app and great system overall - so much better than the scraps of paper I'd be handed when picking my eldest up 10 years ago! I'd give it 5☆ if the app could keep me logged in.

It's good to see pics and updates etc - but since the app forced me to update I can no longer take screenshots?? Yet my friends can?? I have an android phone and my friend's have both android and iPhone and all our children are at the same school.

I can't now log in on the app but if I use website it works. Even via my phone (not in app) notification don't work either so I have to check if something been added to my child file.

I love seeing what my child has been doing although I would like to be able to save the pictures too which I don't understand why I can't as a friend can save pictures on the same app?

Stupid app keeps dumping my pin number on a weekly basis then you have to login with full details and the password criteria insists on using numbers, letters, capital letters, other characters, list of alien languages, neighbours dogs left paw print and the amount of bubbles in a 330ml can of Coca Cola sold at the corner shop on Sydney Road and Bulgaria Street. I'm not setting it up AGAIN...(running Galaxy S6)

The log on screen comes up with error message that account isn't created. When I click on the having difficulty logging on takes me to a different log on where I can access the notes but no pictures of my child. Preferred the other version.

I love this app. However since 6th February it won't allow me to access. I've tried to reset my password but never receive confirmation.

Love this app for recording and assessing children's play. Some really good analysis tools on the desktop version too

I didn't know this kind of thing existed but when my son's nursery started using tapestry it felt like a revelation. I work away for up to 6 weeks at a time and seeing regular updates of my boy's progress and the fun activities he gets up to genuinely makes my day. Thank you for this service. I've docked one star for a couple of minor ui/ux issues on my phone.

My child goes to pre-School and a child minder. They both use Tapestry, but I have to uninstall the app and reinstalled the app each time I want to look at the other setting. A multiple setting option would be very useful!! Also, it is upsetting that I cannot take screenshots in order to print the pictures to share with my family.

Great idea and easy to use. One problem is that it logs me out and then won't accept the email address and/or password. Reset several times through school, let's me reset new password then won't let me in at all.

I have a child using tapestry at Pre school and another using it in reception at school but can't seem to be able to bring both up on the app. Would like to be able to type in 1 password and then choose which I want to look at.

its a great app but it is not working at the moment. i try to go on it and type my pin in correctly then it comes up with pin failed check your network connections.

Great app for practitioners and parents alike. Used as a guide (not set in stone) for children's development. A great learning tool

Pin check failed, seems i'm not the only one. Took it off my phone and reloaded it and it now works again.

Easy to use and very helpful. My parents love it too. I am able to record children's activities and abilities.

How do I obtain PIN? Never been asked to set one in the first place.

Discovered today.Its a reallygreat idea to inform parents a bit more.

There needs to be somewhere to change the date and time.

My LG has 2 tapestry accounts same log in details. One for school one for childcare. I can't get both on the app though? Is it something I'm doing?

Could really do with a UI refresh for later versions of Android. Minor issues like accepting text for PIN which must be four digits is poor design. Would be great to have a way of communicating with childcare provider outside of observations. Viewing a breakdown of stages/levels would also be excellent for parents

I love this app...its a fantastic way to keep informed about things my 18month old is doing in nursery. Lately ive been unable to screenshot to copy the photos. This is a real shame :( is there anyway to change this?

I was having trouble uploading media but the app creators have applied a new update within 1 day and it's back to being brilliant. Thank you.

We absolutely love the app and find it a superb link between nursery and home. Are there any plans to allow the app to notify you when a new Tapestry is uploaded?

It's a great app, especially now the bugs have been fixed.

Great app but I logged in yesterday and everything has gone from there now all my child's nursery stuff

Used to be able to use this very easily but since since an update cannot access via the app at all and have to access via the website.

This is my second year of using this app. Straight forward to use and fun to see what my child has done and learnt.

Never had an issue with this app. Number keyboard would be nice for pin code.

Cannot login in the app, just in the website.

Please explain why I don't have the new system?
