my husband purchased licence fo 3 device n stil valid til aug 16 2017.. aft recent update i cnt log in to my device keep saying upgrade licence.. its ridiculous.. refund our $$ not worth it

Paid for the subscription and it doesn't let me login. Keeps saying check your network (which I definitely do have). Even tried it on 4G. Tried reinstalling too. No change. Clearly the developers don't know what they are doing if they are charging for a good that doesn't deliver. Using a 1+3.

For those having problems logging in, uninstall and reinstall, worked for me. Overall a good app, but wouldn't pay for it. Will use something else when free subscription ends.

Why ask me to install and activate this app when I clearly already have done... Last week? Bit concerning that for a security app it can't even tell when it is actually working or not! If it can't find itself there's little hope of finding any real issues! May as well uninstall it. Hope this isn't a sign that my virgin media is going to be as quality as this junk!
