FSAFEDS for Android
POS app that won't connect
Love this app, so much faster in getting paid! The camera feature is great instead of trying to scan and upload...The alerts let you know when there is $ to be gotten : )
Signing in every time is a pain in the butt.
Quick and easy claim submit. Used for over a month with no problems
I submitted claims without any issues. Claims were accepted for processing right away. So far so good.
It worked for about two claims submitted via the app but after that it says it accepted the other claims but it doesn't show up at all when you review claim activity. Tried multiple times and even called fsafeds customer service which told me too just keep trying to submit. This is too buggy of an app. The developers need to fix this problem. What good is it if it doesn't work after two claims are submitted.
Only gave it one star because you can't give it less. Won't even recognise my log in credentials. In its defense, the web site isn't much better. Go back to the credit cards and cut the make work crap.
Not compatible with tablets. Cannot install on new brand name tablet running Android 6.0 marshmallow. App is worthless without tablet support.
I like the app, but it doesn't show my 2017 account.
This app was indefinitely designed with user friendly interface as a priority.
Well designed
used for over a year. piece of cake. i love that i can get a signature right on my phone
Great way to manage flexible spending accounts.
Ok for what it does but why can't I just upload a receipt that has been emailed to me? I really don't want to print it and take a photo of it or convert my pdf to a jpg on a phone.
I wish the app had the list of eligible expenses.
The claim submission was easy for me, my complaint is that I can't see the overall amount reimbursed so far, nor can I see what I originally committed, so I'm not sure if I'm on track for the year or need to spend more, etc.
one time pin failed. app UI is mostly a nightmare. what is that big V at the bottom?? encouraging user to tap home to get out of app?? app is better than nothing, so 1 star. look forward to it improving.
It takes too long to load. I don't think that I have ever been able to get it to come up. Would be better if it was faster
Every time i try to put in my password, it keeps adding extra characters that I'm not touching.
So much easier than having to either scan or fax my claims
The app is almost great, but it has one major shortcoming: it won't accept .pdf receipts. It allows the user to either take a picture of a receipt or use an existing picture, but it only allows image files. Since many of our receipts are sent to us electronically as .pdf files, it would make sense to allow us to upload them directly instead of printing them out and taking a picture of them. It would also be convenient to allow the user to select files from Google Drive in addition to the current options (Downloads, Camera, Photos). Otherwise, great app. I'll change my rating to 5 stars if this feature is added.
Great little app for submitting claims and checking status of the claims. One obvious bug is that the notification setting is keep popping up every time the app is launched, so it doesn't seems to save and memorizes the previous notification setting made. other than that, it's a great handy little app.
Had issues with access but was very quick to get them fixed. If you have fsa, handy app to have on your phone.
Cant type in PIN in app

Love the app. Made about twenty last minute submissions before deadline. Keeps me up to date on them all. In settings i turned on Text option to let me know when I get paid. First time I gave a rating on a app so it must be good ????
