Never order from this place. This app sucks. Food quality is worst. Instead of paneer they will send cheap soyabean.. Everything is too spicy even dal was full of chilli. Very irresponsible staff. They take 2 and half hour to deliver the food..That too bad food. It was totally cold till it reached my place. Total waste of money

Food is good. But application sucks... I have told mahatifin on call, on whatsapp but no one give a daam. They don't want to listen to the problem but still sending me text, whatsapp message. Improve the customer care service

No timely intimations are given to customers on Tiffin cancellation. It becomes customers responsibility to ensure the Tiffin gets adjusted in future or extension in no. of days. Not much great service

I just downloaded this app. But when i tried to get started on it, it asked me to select the location. The only option i am getting is Thane n its areas. Is the Mahatiffin only accessible to esidents of Thane?

Pathetic service, receiving payment despite they don't have service in particular area , also don't bother to inform customer that there's no service in your area

Doesn't show actual order in booking history. Pathetic customer care service. If you want to track the order they reply - "we will call you in 5 minutes". And they do not call.

When you open the app the menu is not displayed, it is not at all customer friendly

I tried to order in this app but asking to select location first.. when trying to selection it shows only thane & navi Mumbai location . I stay in borivali so not getting how to order it .. suggestion to u guys plz improve ur app..

I saw a video of this service which showed it is available in Mumbai and Thane but app only shows thane.

I have tried many Tiffin services here and all were either too oily or too pricey. Maha Tiffin is one of the best Tiffin service I have had in a long time. I'm writing this review after having 4 meals just to see if they were consistent...and yes they were. They have a good variety of food for an excellent price and service. I definitely would be ordering from here again. All the best to you guys!

Unable to update location

Today I order mini meal add about 10 a.m. after 4 hours man replied me there is a no available of mini mail take full meal I said okay just send it right away but he not reverted back and I took meal from my nearby hotel. Please do not waste your time with downloading this app

First the app is pathetic. It does not give me any option to specify the time of delivery, nor does the app say at what time the order would be delivered. Next even though you are registered on the app, if you call them they don't recognise you based on your phone number. You have to identify yourself, say (and explain) you address to them EVERY SINGLE TIME. And the person answers does not know the landmarks in Thane, as if they're from another world. It's quite irritating. And delivery is equally bad.

no option to order for today..i need to eat food right now and i am given the option to order it for tommorow..No use for me then..please update it..otherwise the food and quality of the app is very good.
