New user but so far so good!

Not working

I can never view the weekly ad because of "technical difficulties". Ongoing problem for more than 3 months. This app is a waste of space. Some digital coupons can only be clipped from the online weekly ad meaning I can't access or use them.

Chose my store 3 times, tried to build a list and it asks me what store...it should know by the 3rd time. Then input zip code and no stores in my area show up. Uninstalled

All I wanted to do was lookup weekly ads, can't find any locations when looking up by zip code or state. uninstalled

I like shopping at Fry's but know how to ask about items I am interested in. Please send me a g-mail and explain how I go about doing that.

doesn't even work, wouldn't even let me link my VIP card.

The previous version of this app was much easier to use, more time efficient, and used less data.

Love frys friendly service!!!!

Latest update signed me out..sort of. I can see that I'm signed in but it wants me to link my card. So I try to do that, even though it's been linked for ages. But it freezes when entering my preferred store. Never goes past that screen, just a spinning circle.

I really dislike the new update, especially when having to look for a coupon category. Instead of clicking on one button, I now have to clear all, select the category, go back to see the coupons and do the same thing for each grocery category. It so much easier to check the website then use the app.

Good app, but noticed that several items are not tagged or categorized correctly so I end up searching through all products. Also, when deselecting a category (pet items) some of those items show up within selected categories.

I love this app and get something free every Friday that I would have never bought and some I are already do buy. Very user-friendly and easy to organize shopping list. If you shop at Fry's you might as well download this and start saving money excellent coupons on here.

I love the app but don't like this most recent update you have to unselected coupon categories vs how I used to select what I wanted, takes forever. Plus ads aren't showing it says technical difficulties.

Since the update it is harder to use the coupons feature. Please change back to the old way. Also, should add a feature to scan barcodes to check for coupons like Safeway app.

Prices don't show on some pages, and you can't search by aisle. I'll stick to filling my clicklist on Chrome until they improve the app.

I cant get into my "refills from list" section of my prescriptions anymore. Its been a month now.

I search for my local ad and it says no items available. Stupid.

I have never been able to see the weekly ad. Not very convenient

Used to be a great app. Terrible now after the update. Hate the way the coupons are! Can't search for a specific one easily. Wish they would bring back where you can look at just the ones in the current Weekly ad. I have to use it to get the digital coupns, but I don't like it!

Practically useless without categories. Who has time to search through 350 - 400 individual coupons each week? Safeway's app is far superior. I haven't shopped at frys since they since eliminated the categories.

Anyone who gave this app a five star rating is an employee instructed to or a paid fraud. This app does NOT work, coupons added to your card are not there when you are there. This is the worst app I've used, save yourself the frustration, it doesn't work! Frys employees told me even they won't use it. Give Albertsons a try again, customer service is 1000 % better than Frys. I left Frys two years ago because of horrible customer service, returned to a different Frys the other day after telling myself that they can't all be bad & I wanted to try the app. I tried the app & it didn't work. They all can be that bad, back to Albertsons & Sprouts. I love Sprouts! Great produce, meats and customer service. I save a lot & am eating healthier than ever before. Produce is the best at Sprouts & for less always. :) Try them, you'll love them.

Love to shop at my local Fry's food, and this handy app lets me know all of the sales, and even download digital coupons linked to my shoppers card to save even more! Kudos to Fry's (Kroger) for being the best!

I used to LOVE this app but after the last update it is horrible. The digital coupons are wonderful but the search options are awful. Please change it back. It is no longer user friendly.

Update: So I'm thinking another update hopefully the weekly adds will now list...WRONG. Still no weekly add. This app sucks. What is wrong with app? Ever since the update (more then a week ago) I can't get the weekly add anymore. Get your stuff together.

NEW UPDATE USELESS!!!! NO MORE BEST CUSTOMER BONUS COUPONS!!! NO MORE COUPON CATEGORIES!!! I AM THINKING OF NOW SHOPPING AT SAFEWAY OR ALBERTSONS. THERE APPS ARE USER FRIENDLY!!! GO BACK TO OLD VERSION AND BRING BACK BEST CUST COUPONS!!!

You i am not gonna sugar coat this but since the app has changed when you go to digital coups you have to press off categories ..it use to be able to press each category it stopped amd myself, my husband employees at Frys says ..IT SUCKS NOW WHATEVER AND WHOEVER DID THIS NEW UPDATE...Did somebody actually get paid to screw the app up!! Where they stoned or drunk..do they not shop and use digital coupons..cause if they did that person or persons would be adding a bad review to all the rest that say the same..terrible update!!

I have been a customer for 20 years. This app is horrible and im deleting it after this review. Nice knowing you frys, hello Albertsons and bashes love your app!!!

Why can we shop clicklist via the app? It takes me out to a website to do shopping and makes you sign back in. Lame....

This app doesn't list any prices. Why would I add something to my list if I don't know what it cost. I'll stick with Safeway.

This last update made the app non user friendly. Go back to the old way please.

If able to choose ad for particular store it should be able to show whole ad or at least prices with products. The first version did that and helped when making shopping lists and decisions.

Why can't I see my weekly ad anymore?!?! And the coupons??? Uggghhh that's just a big mess.. please fix it

The list is hard to use. I use this mostly for the coupons. Update- I'm slowly running out of use for this app. The coupons were easily searchable before the last update, but now I have no choice, I have to scroll through all of them, every time. Very frustrating...

The new version is terrible. It won't let you add to the list unless it recognizes the exact name. I tried adding hot dogs, weiners, Oscar Meyer before I gave up. I have to take this and a paper list to the store to get all I need. Fix it.

What happened to aisle numbers when searching for a product in the update? Please bring that feature back. App is mostly useless to me now​.

Never shows any weekly ads. Always says there are no ads.

The bug fixes didn't work. Sale items won't come up now
