cannot find and connect with SuperConnect Monocle edition

Does not find Roberts 93i at all, not a useful app, no manual setup.

I use this with a Robert's Stream 65i and I think it is an excellent app. I can pretty much control all aspects of the unit with it.

Good enough to control radio.

This app doesn't give you the option to add other streaming services like amazon music, tune in radio etc would be good if they did add other services, there are other apps out there who constantly update there service lists for other streaming services to have access to the device's, you should update your streaming service lists, also have the option to stream from YouTube

Often can't find the device. Resets itself so favourite channels are lost. I wish there was an alternative app because I would definitely switch

Wow, just worked with our Roberts Dab/internet connected radio within seconds, What's not too love!

Quite alright. Some good features are gone (navigation to currently played) but at least it's stable :)

I have connected a control unit and a speaker unit in the past , moved home and tried to reconnect unable to do so. Will not allow me to set up system again

I have a Sangean WRF-28 Internet radio. On the box the radio came in it says this app will work with this radio, but when I run the app, it scans for awhile and then says "no audio systems found". Does this app work with the Sangean WRF-28 radio?

Since last update does not recognise Roberts 93i but recognises others ie Roberts 107 & 207. Very disappointing

Used to work fine. Now just sits there with a little circle going round telling me wifi connection disabled!

Doesn't work anymore on Roberts 93i. My Roberts 93i is working perfect, I can control it from my phone using the spotify app but the undok app will nolonger find the radio after recent updates. I have rebooted reinstalled the app and tried various network configurations, manual and automatic, but no joy. Very disappointed with app which did work great. Clearly this is not my radio, network or phone. Also tried 3 phones and a tablet which all used to work fine and now none work.Please provide a solution..... And I don't appreciate the smart ass unhelpful response from the undok developers. Please ready review before replying.

Used to be a good app but now doesnt work with my Roberts 83i. Hope it gets fixed soon. Update: I emailed the dev to provide more details and request help but no response as yet.

Will streaming of FLAC'S between units ever be implemented? Wav's & line input work ok along with mp3. File browser needs more options / filtering as it's a bit basic and buggy. I'm using this version over the silvercrest for their multi room speakers which are pretty good. I've had a look at winamps media library again, could do with something like that really even in a basic form.

This version now works well with Revo superconnect and a Roberts istream.

Great app to control my radio

Installed this on my HTC9 and it found my Sangean radio right away. The iSangean app for whatever reason could not find the radio. It has basic control which is great since I had nothing working before.

Works perfectly for my Roberts iStream 2 :)

After installing, I opened the app and it immediately found the one device (Roberts 93 radio) on my network that was suitable. I could immediately use my phone as a remote control, with full functionality. For example selecting DAB digital radio, internet radio, playback of music - either from an external source or locally (ie the phone itself). All functions instantly worked. The display on the radio was instantly visible on the phone, both the controls and the messages from the radio stations and the media that were being played (eg mp3s of music albums). I seemed to get some functions that I had not found on the radio. Are they from the App or the radio? For instance, one could switch on automatic language detection which was useful since some of the internet channels were in German and I prefer to operate the radio in German then. Play back of local music is so much easier this way from a phone than putting a USB stick in the back of the radio and navigating manually. One can play back from computers, but they are often off, whereas the phone is naturally on when one is using the app. As one reviewer put it, one has in effect a Sonos speaker for rather less cost. The sleep function worked well. I went to sleep hearing great music from the radio and awoke to find it had all turned off as required. So astonishing and easy functionality offered. I am sorry others appear to have suffered extreme frustration, but I can only be positive.

I am, from today, unable to control either of my 93i from this app. The app does not find either radio when opened up. The radios are on the network so that is not the problem. I am really not sure what has happened as it has worked since the update at the end of September, but 2 days into October it's broken!. I have rebooted phone and radios but no joy. Any suggestions? UPDATE Two days later, the app is now working! I am able to control both my Roberts 93i from the app. No idea why this has happened as neither my phone, the app or the radio's OS have been updated. I had contacted Roberts support. They were not aware of any issues and were going to contact Frontier Silicon about the problems.

Just got a 93i and this app is perfect for controlling the radio, it's fast and instant in its response, I can't fault it in any way, well done Roberts, the radio is great also.

Issues with Roberts 93i, playing mp3s from a pc just doesn't work.

Worked straight away with my Roberts 93i. V simple easy interface. No lag at all using it. Perfect!

Got a Robert 83i and this app brilliantly connects and controls it. Can't fault it. So far so good

Excellent app no problems

Suitable only for turning on the radio. Everything is slow (minimum is 10 seconds per operation), ending up mostly with disconnection, connection lost or even no audio systems found! If you manage get into the browser of internet stations be ready to wait 10 seconds at every level. Unusable. It worked much better.

Very temperamental software, often loses connection to two Roberts Stream radios and I have gone back to using the supplied remote control with my 93i set. That way I don't have the frustration caused by this rubbish.

Pitifully poor app. But what would you expect from a company that kills of alll competition in the dab chip market. No documentation about this app other than how to install it (well doh, I haven't a clue how to install an app from the play store). There are no lists of compatible hardware to be found anywhere on this makers own website or on the radio makers websites. On the Roberts Stream 64i page it says undok app in the features, but the app doesn't find the radio. Just like when they released connectr. Uninstalled.

So far I like the app. Able to connect 3 devices with any problems. Grouping devices is easy too. Two things are desperately needed; Ability to have individual devices AND groups of them. Would be handy to have them already setup before needing them. Able to queue music or have an active play list. So far this setup is an affordable alternative to Sonos but missing two vital changes. Come on Dev Guys, release a new version with these included.

I have updated my review from 1 to 3 stars following a helpful suggestion from UNDOK to factory reset my Roberts R-Line Radio set up following the last update which caused problems. I kept getting 'connecting to group server'; I lost the feature that allows you to add or remove speakers from the group plus got a message 'Server Speaker state unknown' Please try later' and it just kept doing this. The system also lost signal and there were long pauses. Perhaps a flash screen after update saying if you get issues, try a factory reset of your equipment would be an idea. Others have reported a lack of decent documentation. The app is OK but....

I use it with my Noxon A110+ DAB and Internet radio. After installing Undok found my Noxon automatically and presto, I am up and running. Perfect!

Wow, great app, installed it, found my Roberts Radio in a second, played internet radio stations, streamed content from my phone. Works really well. I'm impressed!

Not reliable, keeps loosing connection. Worse since recent update.
