This app is very helpful.. It took me less than a minute to set up a payment method and pay my bill.. when I tried to call, I was waiting to speak to customer services for more than 30 mins and no one picked up at the end and the website didn't even allow me to access my account.

Except that everybody downloads FiOS app first in order to, pay their bill... It probably took me an hour or 2 to find and load this app to pay my Verizon account. Even the, I didn't want to go through the hassle of registering because it said nothing about FiOS along the way.. It should be more clearly laid out, that this is the best way to pay your bill! Once downloaded, it's a cinch!! I will change it to 5 when I see they modify this.. :)

Although Frontier may get bagged on for being quote on quote crappy internet, i can honestly say they did owe me credits when appropriate and did take in consideration of my issues but I still switched back to xfinity. No offense Frontier but im a xbox gamer and xbox live requires a much faster internet speed compared to what your services offer vs xfinity but thank you for being a considerate company. 810 on customer service, 1010 when fixing billing issues, 1010 on package offers.

Just got the app. Had some trouble setting up. I really dont like how u have to give personal banking infpr and it still takes 5 business days to process. There are several systems out there that process payments alot faster and without giving routing and bank account numbers. Super sketchy

This app is so easy. I have been trying to pay my bill all day I have tried to call and they said they don't except American express cards. I them went to their website and it wouldn't download the page right. So I downloaded the app and it only took me 3 min to pay my bill. Love this app.

I like this app. It's very helpful. I LOVE the fact that (as someone else stated also) I can pay my bill in SECONDS (not even half a minute) to pay my bill!!!!!!!!!!!!! Way easier and better than waiting on the phone for hours, with other phone companies, just to have them switch you to someone else AND CHARGE A FEE TO PAY BY REP. ridiculous!! Sorry for my above rant, but this is a good company/customer app. I also really like how y'all put just about everything a frontier customer needs, all in one app.

I installed this app. It was so easy to use. Easy directions. Way to go frontier. I love this app because I tried paying other ways and they wanted to charge an extra fee. I had seriously considered cancelling my service because frontier would not let us pay locally anymore. So with this app it has made me happy. Thanks

I like the app but its a bit confusing when you want to setup autopay with a specific date. It should be easier for us to just pick what month date. Ex. Make calender accessible instead of pressing down on the date and then finally the calender shows up? Just have the calender up front. It would make it easier for us just to press the exact date and done with that process! Otherwise then that, hopefully Frontier will change that and it will be easier to setup autopays. Thanks

It glitched up and kicked me out 2 times, but I kept trying and ultimately I was able to pay my bill, which is all I wanted. Much better than calling and sitting on hold or having to navigated a touch tone payment with a 17 digit acct number and a 16 digit credit card number.

I've only been able to log on a couple times since the transfer. Every time I try to log in.... that was 4 months ago. Update FRONTIER IS THE WORST EVERYTHING. App sucks.. website sucks...service sucks billing is a lie and joke they are criminals and will flat out lie about charges on your bill. I hate them ..honestly hate them. I have never hated a cable company so much in my life. Verizon what did you do to us.

I have only one issue, the app won't let you choose a date to pay your bill. It will only let you use the date you logged in to the app. It seems that it wouldn't be that hard to allow you to choose or change the date if you need to. Other than that it's easy to use, but not a lot of options. So only four stars.

The only good thing about this app is its easy to pay your bill. Which is all frontier is good for really, taking your money. Sure dont get any reliable internet service from them. Very frustrating to pay money every month only to get a "internet unavailable" message 75% of the time.

It's fine, allows me to pay bill and manage cards well enough, I just wish they didn't mispell my name on my account. This i admit has nothing to do with the app, but makes me salty regardless ...

I wish it showed all the info and allowed you to do things that the "my verizon" app showed and did. Like listen and deleted voice messages, access Wi-Fi password, read and delete emails. Only thing good about it, is able to pay my bill from it.

Think the title covers it, but for the people in the cheap seats it's fast, free, and user friendly. Everything you need from support to payments at your fingertips with precision. I thought the switch from Verizon would make me leave quickly. However I am happy to say Frontier has not only kept me, but they have in the past and still are presently working hard to insure my loyalty. Thank you Frontier; Genuinely.

Once I Set It Up With My "Correct" email, Password & Payment Information. This APP Has Saved Me ALOT Of Time !!! When I Used to Call The Billing Phone #, I Would Wait For 20 To 35 Minutes To Talk To An "Actual Person" To Pay My Frontier Bill With "Check By Phone" If I Wanted To Use My Debit/Credit Card I Was Charged A "Processing Fee" (Which Sucked ALOT More Than Using This APP) The "FEE" Was Quite "Expensive". Truth Be Told "I Thought It Was An Insulting Rip Off"

Still hate it. Paying bill thru app takes a lot longer to post to them. My TV service was suspended bc of this. Taking 4 days to get it straight. Next week I will be with Bright House/Spectrum. Frontier TV never again!!!!

This, along with pretty much everything Frontier touches, is absolute garbage. This APP rarely, if ever works. No body EVER answers the phone at customer support. And now Frontier is raising my rates!! I could go on, but I challenge a Frontier MANAGER to contact me about these problems. Online chat is worthless as well. I await a call.

Took about 8 days to migrate my account from stupid Verizon to Frontier. But that's okay, Verizon didn't want us any more so I'm glad that Frontier brought us in. Thanks to you ! !

This app is not worth downloading all it shows is your balance and "pay your bill". I had Verizon FiOS and with their app I was able to control my TV and also my internet, I was able to put a parental control on each individual internet user. Seems to me Frontier only wants your money.

Never works!!!! It keeps freezing every time I try to add my payment method. I installed the app because the Frontier website was doing the same thing. I've had to call to pay the past three months and I'm so sick of it. The hassle isn't worth the crappy Internet connection that I receive. Fix your stuff frontier!! I'm switching to suddenlink as soon as my contract is up.

Only good for paying your bill... I was 8th in line on a live chat for over 2 hours and the app booted me off and signed me out. When I tried to sign in it closes down and instantly signs me out. It's a pain but at the very least I can get in to pay my bill. I guess you get what you pay for. The app is just as good as their sketchy internet is.

Very un - user friendly. Screen disappeared every time tried to set up a new form of payment. Has too many required id's and a pin number to sign up and remember. It forces to create a new email address. Definitely would not recommend this app

I was behind on some bills because I was transitioning from full time employee to full time student. They worked with me on the bill so I didn't get shut off, but got shut off which is why i called in the first place.Thanks helpful guy I don't remember your name. Now I'm getting complaints that the router is slow, which it is noticeably. Gotta call back.

So since the change over my router is not accessible via app or pc like it was with Verizon. But I am being charged a premium for something I can't fully use. Now my service has been completely knocked out. Main terminal was fried. They won't come out for at least a week. So we have no Internet, cable, or phone service. The equipment they OWN has failed but I'm paying for none working services. We rely on Internet to run our business. They really didn't seem to care. Worst company ever!!! This app sucks as it takes SEVERAL times to log in.

No isp app is this easy. It's not right. I had to find my account number and retrieve my password, but it took all of about two minutes. Comcast, take notes. Additional points for reliable, non-evil isp service and fair price. COMCAST, TAKE NOTES.

If this app is supposed to be a do-it-all handy assistant then it needs a few things -- first off we should be able to see different channel listing on each package. Secondly we should be able to make changes to our account instead of dealing with their terrible "American based" call centers (terrible by the way 70% of the time) ..there are other details that can be mentioned and added to the app.. overall it's convenient to pay them money and that's it..

Surprisingly fast app. I'm honestly (and sadly) not used to large Corp apps working so well. I installed the app to pay my bill and within 2 minutes, I installed and paid my bill. Wow! Good job everyone working on this app!

I wasted two entire days just to make an online payment NEVER worked correctly at ANY TIME, and I didn't want to pay over the phone either. I decided to download this app in hopes it works. Ta dah! Bingo, en les than a minute I was able to make my pmts. I regret I didn't choose to do this, in the first place!

WTF Frontier! Once you initiate a chat session, you can't access the rest of the app. So after a 30-minute wait, I'm asked for my account pin or the exact amount of my last bill, and I can't see those things in the app. So I basically wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to get assistance. You need to do better or I'm switching my service.

I only use it when I pay my bill, so I cannot comment on all the features. For simply paying your monthly bill from your phone, it is quick, simple, and took no time to figure out at all. All in all it is worth a 5 star review.

When paying my bill having this app makes it easy & convenient 2 have. Every month I just hit the app, tap in my password, hit the pay my bill & I'm done. Those 3 steps literally takes me 23 seconds 2 complete.

You have to agree to receive marketing calls on your phone, even from automated dialers, to use this service. Absolutely frickin not. We're done here. Hey look I kept it clean!

one-sided benefit. you can give them money, but not report issues, check on tickets, or anything else that would seem part of a customer service app.

Not to bad. One thing that it needs is a reminder to pay. Once I started using this app I have stopped receiving my bill in the mail. So 10 to 1 you will be late on making your payment.

Not really sure if I plan to stay with Frontier only because customers service in not the best reason I lose service alot sometimes for days. The app work great easy to use.
