MyTrails for Android
Love the resolution of the satellite imagery! Love having a large selection of map types. Still use it on my tablet. I'm disappointed I went to an iPhone for my cell, can't find My Trails for it. Have settled for Gaia, but not nearly as good of satellite clarity. , and have trouble importing all my past .gpx files.
I use it strictly for my Deer Camp. To navigate me to specific stand locations. All hot deer sign spots. And more than anything to keep from getting lost.
I like the fact that I can use a shortcut without being insecure of where I might end up but feeling confident enough instead. I am surprised that I can use so many features despite the fact that I use the free version. Very, very satisfied with the app, perfectly sufficient for my needs. Thumbs up!!!
Thanks to great effort of the developer it has all the features including all the map types n offline download support unfortunately after a month the app reverts to free version only 1000 tiles are supported which is a bummer since buying app is not supported in my country
Great for recording tracks. Not sure what to do with my tracks but there there and recorded well with a nice topo map as a backing. The best one as all the others use ugly Google maps
This is the best trail tracking app I have used. I love the maps, but the best part is that it's very easy on the battery. That alone is huge, but I also think it does a great job at tracking my hikes and the stats are accurate as well.
Using this app for mountain bike trail riding because Strava was being a problem. I'm still learning how to navigate around it some, but so far it's been great.
Excellent app - the best I have found for worldwide use. Just back from Nepal and even there found free maps with this app which tracked treks with all the stats you could possibly need.
Map is several years old doesn't show current routes as of the last 9 or 10 years.
Love the way these guys support their product, had an issue and it was resolved within 6hrs. I use it for four wheel driving to track my route and it works perfectly. very happy
I use this app in canada for snowmobiling. Works excellent with downloaded topo maps as i often am out of cell range. Like it better than my garmin gps as the maps are better. Can record my track all day with my galaxy s7 in my pocket. Great app for cross country touring.
Useless. Only shows a straight line even for a winding trail. No clear instructions. Sudden end of trial period just when I wanted to try it again. Not paying unless I see it working first.
I use this app when horseback riding and love it. The only downside is it's not real user friendly for me.
It is good app .gps traceability is very poor .reconnecting mid way path is poor .I am using it for trekking .and not satisfied with its performans.but it seems good ..where it might working . I am in india..dosent show small 50-60 meter wide trench .in rocky areas ..it has potential .no doubt .i want to puchase it ..but tell me how i can when it dosent show 60 meter wide treanch in rocks .
The best app for Offroad and 4wd maps available for Victoria. I have tried many of the others and they are very inacurrate. Have my own offline map set now and loving it.
Есть экспорт в SMS, All-In-One Offline Maps, OruxMaps, Google Maps, Yandex Maps.
Easy to use would like to see you add map layers and waypoint pictures Thanks
If I could give this app 10 out of 5 I would. It is better than a garmin GPS on the hills by far !
I mostly use this around home. I walk for exercise and need to track time and distance. In the backwoods that i hike, the phone's GPS does not work.
Great for finding your way out on the trails. I save a map offline and use it to guide me while dirt biking
Great app
It hasn't been easy to learn. The maps are only avaliable where there is internet access. Saving different hikes separately is another thing I still haven't figured out how to do.
Just started but seems fairly easy to figure out.
MT is at the top of my list of useful mapping apps. The selection of online maps is particularly nice. If polygons were supported, search zones could be defined for SAR operations.
I use it to track where I ride on my atv, just in case I get lost or separated from the group
The free up is crap...i can't say anything about the paied one.
This is the best app available on Android for off-line topo maps. Thank you for providing this free. It definitely came in handy when hiking in Arkansas.
The topo maps are great, combined with the smartphone gps I can figure out where I am and where I want to go when in the woods. Super app!
Excellent, precise and highly configurable tool. This tool has replaced a bunch of other gps utilities. Thanks for a great job, guys!
Easy to use. I really like using the different maps. Plotting my "trail" in a 1915 is a little surprising and educational. Now back to today.
Does a great job tracking my hikes and bike rides. Easy to use interface, nice set of stats collected.
I wish there was a more clear indicator of which direction I was facing--like an arrow as opposed to the cone or whatever.
I love the offline capabilities and so many maps are available! I use the app often for route planning and tracking.
Fantastic app for outdoor use. Lot of lap layers to choose from. Wavepoints, loading and saving gpx, stat details, offline use...
Best functionality as you can overlay different maps getting a really accurate and useful map layer.
Tried several map/tracking apps for riding my enduro bike of road, this is my favorite!
A very good app compared to other similar apps. The paid version is cheap.
Simple to use and effective for its purpose. Pro version interesting to hard-core hikers.
Bought it because i loved the free one so much. Tracks are easy to manage !

I'm using as a navigator for dirt biking in the forest. So far using open topo maps it's proven to be quiet good. The download of the maps can sometimes be slow which is possibly to do with the map provider but can be an issue if for example you've previously zoomed in on an area you'd think there's the possibility for the app to cache the map data. The compass view is unusable as the map shakes back and forth uncontrollably. Likewise I see lots of straight lines back to the start on each paused point of a track which just clutter's up the screen. Of the app's I've tried this is the best so far and I'll stick to using it, already bought the paid version. Hope it improves from a good app to great :-)
