< 팀플서비스의 3단계 학습방식 >

· 1단계 : pre - class (학습 동기 유인 단계: 플립러닝 )

수업전에 선생님이 지정하신 짧은 동영상을 보고 학생이 미리 한번 생각할 시간을 주자는 것임. 5분정도의 짧은 시간에 얼마나 많은 지식을 획득하였나 보다는 수업전에 어떤 주제에 대해서 수업을 하는지에 대해 미리 한번 잠깐이라도 생각을 하게 하는 단계로 보고 있으며 이 단계에서 질문을 과제로 받아 과제게시판에 업로드 가능함.

· 2단계 : In - class (대면 토론 단계 : 하브루타 방식/질문있는교실)

학생들이 제출한 과제 ( 동영상을 본 후 질문 )등을 교실앞에 있는 큰 모니터로 하나씩 (유의미한 질문만) 리뷰해 나가면서 학생들에게 모둠조별로 짧은 토론 진행함.



· 3단계 : Post - class (그룹 평가 보상 단계 )

수업을 마무리하면서 혹은 수업이후에 학생들에게 팀별로 점수 부여. 팀별점수가 각기 자기의 점수되며, 프로젝트별로 팀이 계속 변동될 수 있기 때문에 합산점수는 개인별로 누적되며 이는 나중에 전체 랭킹으로 확인 가능함. 1. timpeul class (flip-learning useful lessons / Q)
