This app was designed with the sole purpose of better serving our current and future customers. With this app, you can easily submit service request at anytime from anywhere within a 40-mile radius of Youngsville, NC for new customers. (Existing customer base is exempt from this mileage radius) You can even snap a photo of the issue to send along with the request. You simply choose how you would like for us to respond to your request – by email or a phone call. Some other things that can be done within the app: you can request our service history on your equipment, report any issue that you may have with any of our technicians, and report any recent unresolved issues with a piece of equipment. You can also take our customer satisfaction survey to help us become an even better partner. Your feedback is extremely important to healthy long-term business relationships. There are other request that can be made within the app also but one of the most important ones to us is the Prayer Request function. 
 
Company Bio:
Tim Gray, founder and owner of Frigi-Temp Frigeration, Inc., dba Frigi-Temp Temperature Solutions, located in Youngsville, NC, and serving the Triangle area, has been in the restaurant refrigeration business for over 25 years:  over 14 years in Savannah, Georgia, and since 2000 here in the Triangle area.  He literally grew up in the ice manufacturing and distribution business, and as a result gained extensive technical experience in the operation of commercial ice machines, even before branching out into commercial refrigeration over 25 years ago, and then commercial HVAC more than ten years ago. We have fully stocked service trucks with the parts most needed within the restaurant refrigeration/hvac industry.  We also offer Wireless Energy Management systems and Preventative Maintenance programs, plus residential HVAC services including energy efficiency services.
