Smith Pro: Invoice & Estimates

In review of the app is fine. The service from Smith needs Improvement. The points that I buy are taken away without my permission. My card is charged without my permission. When it is charged without my permission I am only refunded points not the money that was taken. When I try to contact a concierge no one is available and they get back to me a few days later. I guess I just don't make enough money to let it get taken away without my notice. I have gotten good jobs from this service so I can't say it's all bad. But these leads trickle down from one lead generating company to another. The lead service Porch says that they sell their leftover leads to Smith. I would rather pay for my leads to Smith then Porch, Porch is the worst

I will admit at first I was upset with this app and lead service. With them as the first service I tried my expectations were not realistic. I bought 30 bucks worth of credits and worked on my profile every night. With this service they are not thumb tack or like others where 30 percent of leads is bought from other companies or fraudulent like home advisor. I use 7 different lead services and by the numbers go smith is my best service with getting every lead I selected with my highest profits. Contact me

When i had the free credits they sent all kinds of leads and did a great job, as soon as i spent money on credits the leads dried up!!!!! Plus i live across the bridge from Indiana and have never gotten a lead from there. It is 5 minutes away, i signed up for another lead service and most of the ones i get are from Indiana.

When I first signed up I got one real hit but didn't get job. The customer lived In My town but described job wrong. Never got a refund no reply back from Smith tried contacting several times. So I let a few month's go by. I said I'll try again another job came up in my area I clicked. It said I needed 2 credits so I buy. When I call it was another lead service company so I lost $16.00 since then I receive on average 10 - 12 leads a day even in the middle of the night. I live in a small town there is no way there is that many people using this app. I believe it's trying to be a real company but they are making fake jobs to generate money. Please be very careful don't put a bunch of money out for this service.

I need to speak to a customer service, and there are no numbers whatsoever to contact someone. when you need help the one thing they are good at is taking your money. I get leads go to contact people and they're fake phone numbers and then when I try to contact gosmith you cannot get ahold of them because I have no numbers to get contact them. Someone needs to contact me or refund my money immediately.

Even though I haven't landed a job yet. I still think this app can still be a very beneficial and useful tool for small business owners to not only get there name out there more but to land more jobs when work is slow.

1. Their cost for a lead is much higher then other lead services. 2. Their format is confusing. They started automatically taking $$ from my bank that I didn't knowingly authorize.

The app works fine, but if there's a way to talk to a customer service representative I haven't found it. This leaves a bit to be desired when there is a dispute with a lead. A word to the wise, stay on top of credit refund requests as there is a time limit to request them. Once that passes your money is gone whether you got to contact the customer or not.

Like the concepts, just not sure it works consistently. Don't mind paying for good leads but it would be helpful if i knew where i stood all the time. It seems sometimes im paying for just saying im interested and not actually getting contact info of client.

The app is ok, the service is not good, points are taken for wrongful Leeds, when you contact them they dont look in to it, I've gotten some jobs from them, not to say wow! Just minor projects, I think it would be a good app if the service is improved.

Just by looking at a lead they take your appointment credits. I bought 8 credits and never got a dam lead. I asked for my money back and all ive gotten is silence...... this is a great app if you want throw your money away.

I haven't tried this app much, but they give me more points to rate it, so I'm rating it. I have a little mixed feelings about the service, overall I like it, but it has flaws...one of which is that I cannot see the full description of the job without paying for it in credits. I want to know the job description before I buy the job, as I get enough leads (at this time) that I can afford to choose which jobs best fit my liking. I also had issues with not knowing how old the leads were, but that seems to be resolved now.

The app itself functions ok but the leads are completely hit or miss... there is a substantial amount of old leads being listed as new. I did a fair amount of tracking to confirm this. Out of 100 quotes I have zero appointments

I've use this app a couple of times. The only problem is they need a customer service line. Other than that I believe it's a nice way to get some customers.

The app says 1 to 2 credit points per lead but when I bought a roofing lead it cost me 6 credit point. Need to be much more clear about credit info.

Love this app. No hidden anything had a little trouble navigating the app first but now I got it and I love it I couldn't do my day without it try it you'd be surprised I've made thousands and just the few months that I have become one of the pros on this site on a scale from 1 to 10 I give it a nine I stopped using my other job site it's just that great

The app was taking my money. All the leads turned out to be no one or someone else using stolen credit card info. The "customers" phone number just kept ringing. It appeared as though they were fake leads. The "woman" who needed my moving service was someone else using another womans credit card info and name. The app also used all my credits and was taking my money that way too. This app was confusing, could never talk to a real customer service person and turned out to be just taking my money under false leads. I would never recommend this app to anyone.

I like this lead service better then the others that I use. Because based upon the price of the leads and the leads being priced at a realistic cost for a lead for a home improvement project.That other contractors are bidding on also. I do think that they could inform the clients that they will be contacted by professionals regarding their home improvement project prior.

Scam Scam Scam!!!! When I didn't have credits I'd receive all types of leads. Once i paid 100 bucks for like 10 credits no leads. I've been trying to contact CS for a month. Still haven't heard anything. I reccomend Thumbtack over this piece of issh.

I don't think your credits should be taken unless you agree to do the job, not just because someone asks for an appointment. I am still not sure if this app will work for me, it seems leads are slow and not all on my scope of work

Thieves, I only requested one lead information and then they started forcing them and stealing my appointment credit for trash leads I wasn't interested in, they were too far from our office.

Can't purchase leads. They took my payment and the background check money. Will not return my emails or calls. Don't do it. They will take the money but won't return call . No support at all.

I bought 40$ worth of credits. I have only spoke to 1 customer. They keep charging my credit card and i have email them at least 10 times and have called and left messages 5 times and i have never received a call back. Iv not gotten anywork yet. Customer service is garbage. I dont like the fact they can charge my credit card without my permission. Where is my money that you said was being processed. This company are thieves. Do not use this app or its company.

Good luck trying to make phone contact with customer service. The never return calls, and the concierge foes not respond.

I like the idea of working with this company. It seams to work good .if I get any jobs from them I will give 5 star..for now 4 star

Get contacted get business I'm don't get alot of notice or traffic with this app. I'm still trying to make this work for my business. I only gained one actually job with this app and have contacted over 20

I sometimes have trouble navigating through App, trying to find certain things. Quality of leads isn't the greatest (probably not there fault)

Every time we buy credits we get bogus info. Tried several jobs and did not receive one job

I landed one job so far, for me it's just not worth the time.

So far the leads I've had were not good leads. They already found someone else.

App sucks bought two leads one was previously taking care of three days earlier and the other one was just a bad number so $35 down the drain and their customer service is horrible they wanted to try to credit me only 2 credits

App is junk. The people that submit jobs to it are retarded. They cant awnser the simplest of questions. Someone will put it on the app as land grading when you get to the job you findout its a walk way installation. Waste of my time and money!

Similar problems where they pulled money out of my account for no reason.i think the app is fine .Smith's vendor service is not so hot.some of the leads are months old.

Still not sure how it works. It gives me numbers of people to call but I've only reached 1 person who said they weren't serious about the work.

I was never able to get in contact with any of the customers .im still waiting to see if they are going to refund my money . I am very dissatisfied with this results.

Bought 18 credits said it cost 1 credit for contact information, now I have 9 credits. Not so sure about this company

Seems like most leads do not end up in actual work. But it's a good starting point for new businesses.

Why would you pay to hopefully get a call from a customer? Update..... Evidently it is so easy to get credits that your child can make a swipe on your phone and you get charged. So far, have not been refunded the 66$ in question. Update 11/27, did receive total refund

I wish it could scene the clients before contacting the contractors....so many UK scams...

Got allot of quite quotes at first but now nothing. Got one request paid for info spoke to the customer and he said he never requested anything and job was done. I've been trying to get a refund but no reply.
