dbees.com Diabetes Management for Android
Mobile app has not been able to sync for a month. Emails are not answered.
I've been using it for 2 years, it has everything I need for my daily tracking of glicemia and insulin management. But now I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 and I just can't synchronise data, there's no button on my phone or in the app to do so. PLEASE UPDATE!
I have been using this app for a while now and I really like how easy it is to keep track of my sugar readings. I have multiple meters so I am never without one. This app allows me to keep all my info in one place and with the web site I can put that info into a spreadsheet so my Dr and I can tell how I am doing.
The app will not sync if my phone is in 4G. I have to turn that off and rely on 3G or WiFi to sync my data.
Get rid of the crap need to sign up online to use the app. Ridiculous
I downloaded and installed about ten different programs and so far I like this one the best!
I used to love this app but with the last update I no longer have the sync button.
I use this app daily on iOS and have used it on Android in the past. Now there is no sync button and I'm waiting 24 hours to see if it auto syncs. In response to some of the concerns mentioned by others: 1) The app graph used to allow selection of the period if readings, that seems to be gone now. For full readings access go to the web's site and use Reports then under the line either the Log Book for viewing the selected time period with selected details or Export to create a PDF, CSV, or XLXS file.
I wanted this to work but I couldn't set it up how I wanted it to be on my phone. The website works much better but the whole point is that I wanted an app. Also hard to follow because Its made by a Scandinavian company or something (just guessing) so the language is a little weird
The app is great, but after the last update, the sync button is gone. I'm not able to sync any of my entries.
It would be useful to be able to take a photograph of a meal and attach it to a meal activity record.
Wow. The registration process is super complicated and the user interface both for the web and the app is horrible. I teach people how to use their cell phones and apps, so this review isn't due to lack of understanding.
Good app and easy to use but wished I could see on the chart more than a weeks worth of entries for my diabetes; should be able to track my history on the chart and it should auto sync itself after each entry.
A brilliant diabetic management system.
Really impressed with this, having trouble understanding problems with my diabetes. It has basic info to input and app is really good to put carbs in and it even helps ppl input ratio which is amazing. only thing I would add is colour coding for more personal use. would make it easier to differentiate from different insulins :) thank you for helping
Works great but due to the way S5 I'd set up there is no way to sync.
It used to work great, but now you can't add data by phone. Think it's time to look for a different app.
Works great but it does take time to enter
Could not register on the website so could not do so on the app. Wasted an entire morning.
Good little app to keep on top of things.Though would be good to have a graph showing exercise.
You go to the website and sign up, they will ask a lot of questions to customize the app to your treatment plan. on the last page u will find a code to activate the app on ur phone. I love that its customized, I love the sync. You can always change ur activities later. Very good app, I would recommend a way to add what you have eaten.

Needs output format nearer to a standard diabetes diary to give as-is to my doctor.
So far so good this app works great thank you

I love this app and the ability it has to sync to the website wirelessly
This is among my top five "why I bother with Android devices" apps. I use it many, many times each day. As one reviewer suggested auto-synch would be a plus and meal size isn't that important. But having a whole database of foods included would be over the top IMO. I just remembered I didn't shoot my Lantus so shot it 4 hours late. This, bar none, the best diabetes logging scheme available.
Love this app. Very simple to use. Now nothing to do with the app but have the Galaxie Note 4 and don't know how to sync with PC. Were the menu button is I don't know.
You have to hit sync every time? This is one @&$&' up app.
Please help!
Convenient, but... Do not always know exact amount of carbs. Would like to see an option that will allow me to enter food (description of what meal it was) as opposed to a separate notes entry every time. Notes do not correspond with meal times on log.
No need to make it harder then need to log in
Only accepts numbers. What a bummer! Would give 5 stars if author would explain how to register with my email account. Someone else here had the same problem and author still hasn't responded.
No update for a year. Missing meds tracking. There are numerous other better free apps. It is worth checking out, it may meet your needs.
This app is one if the best. Its alot of data to put in first, but once done it really helps you stay in control of your diabetes. 1 star down only because is it could do some more with the workout part, but its great
The flexibility of this app and online software allows me to keep extremely detailed accounts of my newly diagnosed type 1. Might I suggest a quick mood option: energetic, rough, tired, shaky, frustrated, joy-filled, et cetera.
I'd say 10 stars really, except for 1 issue; I can't figure out the carb counting system so I just put in my own. Maybe a few more little flukes but all the good far outweighs those. I was just diagnosed in May and am trying to learn how to manage this disease. I feel way more organized in my care and definitely not losing my records this way. One thing I would like to see is a notes section attached to entries to note extra glycemi checks and why would tell Dr I was experiencing symptoms or ill, etc.
Very convenient and quick to use. The graph doesn't display any data (perhaps bad auto-scaling) and there's no controls for zooming.
