Freshservice Service Desk App for Android
Not able to get past the splash screen since the recent update
Has potential, but it dies at the splash screen, or says "something isn't right" when you get past the splash screen. I am guessing that it was not tested with Android 8.0.
Amazing app, the team behind it does a great job and their customers service is excellent!

I'm not a fan of the newest update. I have a custom view that I use to watch all tickets in the queue (taken or not) and the newest update removed the ability to see if the ticket is already assigned to someone or not. So I'm staying on a previous version.
Please allow the app to manage changes, releases and projects.
I'm glad we used this to make our daily job streamed line so easy. Great job team. More power to you guys.

Great App
App is useful,great when you don't have access to your laptop and completing tickets on the go. Altogether the fresh service support desk system is a powerful tool. I am currently using the free service and it is doing its job perfectly. Hope i can upgrade in the future.
This app gives me quick notifications and full access to the tools I use on a regular basis. I actually like it better than the desktop interface.
Useful to access a lot of our support desk information while away from the desktop. Would be nice to have access to the tasks section as well.

I love this product. Has worked great for us. But all apps that prompt me for a rating get a 1 star rating. Especially apps and services I pay for.
I have added 2queries and in reply I got an answer 'we are unable to resolve your query pls contact your senior.
Pl help me how to login ? When I am trying to login, it is asking me to put url, which type of url I have to put ?
Decent supplement to the web app. I'd like to see lock screen notifications for new tickets.

It would be good if you can login to both your help desk and support help desk. Saves having to know passwords when using phone or tablet. Also fresh plugs support would be a bonus.
Would be complete if this mobile version had the capability to select or enter tag information. We use tagging on the desktop version for reporting.

I love the product and the app would be 5 stars, but there are some things that I can only do on the full web version.
User friendly
I was originally using Freshdesk several years ago. I was convinced to move to a much larger PSA for a lower cost. That was one of the biggest mistakes that we made for our company and years time and now we're back. The mobile application alone for freshservice has allowed for more productivity in one hour and what I was able to get out of our other PSA at a desktop computer in almost a half day. Freshservice support is always helpful and always available to answer questions.
I have all the tools at my disposal via my mobile device that I would do if I was sitting at a PC or Mac

Good app. All the basic thing can manage . Need to improve on advance features .
I have tried some many ways to find out option to enable the ticket notification for new ticket arrival or update but every time it throws error that ticket notification can not enable. Now some one can not go and check his ticket count and status every five minutes and the sad part is there is an option given for ticket notification which will act like Manmohan Singh just dummy and for name.
Good job, like the new interface. Handy app for when I'm out and about.

Great app but the iOS is missing the "Requesters" which is super helper search for contacts, tickets and more importantly solutions. Please add to iOS app. Also the search feature is pulling all tickets and we can't find what we are looking for. Is there anyway to search for non-closed tickets or last modified? Or even better give us a search filter? UPDATE: Please update the search and allow to view a requesters tickets from their profile
