Love Freshii food and will continue to support retail locations with my dollars but the app sucks. Like big time. Takes my order up until I get to the cart, at which point it crashes. Every time. With all the money raised in the IPO, maybe it's time to fix your app?

White screen came up because you have to allow the app to access your phone information. Still need to try the order function in order to do a better review.

Terrible... Can't add credit card, app does not work. Sick and tired too of the terrible support. They didn't even take the time to replace the stupid iPhone images from the preview... This is Android!!

The app no longer works. I get a blank white screen.

Unable to remove certain toppings from my order. Wish it had a comment or side request section...

Crashes all the time, my orders don't go through. Awful.

If you deny permissions, the app breaks. Fail

Do NOT give this app any money!! I ordered through the app and when I arrived at the location they had not received my order and I had to reorder and pay again. The locations are not connected. I have sent 3 emails to 3 different email accounts and no one responds. Credit card fraud!!!!

It would be a rgeat app if i could actially use it. Everytime i get to the screen "Order From Here Again" I click on it and it loops me to login, which I do, and it takes me to that screen again and its the same process over and over again.

I liked when I could order in-store and pay with the app at the cash register. The mobile pay only option decreases the options for my payment.

I've been through several Toronto locations, Winnipeg airport and several in Alberta and the experience is the same. The store's ability to use the app is inconsistent at best to non existent! I have free meals I can't redeem and money in the app I can't use. Store management in some cases have a local system, but if I'm not a regular, they can't honour my meals. I've had it. Seeking a refund of my money and a new healthy fast food alternative.

App crashes at random times and I have no idea if my food was ordered or not...

I can't find the place to make a kids meal order. So I'm going back to the easy peasy Chipotle app for dinner for my family. Siiiigh

Same as most others--can't even save my credit card info for ordering. Basically renders this app useless.

1. Would not allow me to enter my country during registration. Had to close and reopen multiple times to get it to work. 2. Once I added funds to my account (the app confirmed) it would not allow me to complete the order I had spent 20 minutes trying to make. I love the food but my frustration with the app would cause me to go elsewhere. Better beta testing is required. Your customers deserve better than this.

The app used to work and it was great. After the last update I cannot seem to load my credit card or use money on my account. I emailed support several times with no response. Cannot even earn points. Very disappointing.

The app looks pretty nice, and I foundit pretty easy to use. Not as easy as Starbucks' but still pretty good. Ran into an issue though when trying to place my first order. I had two items in my order and I tapped "Confirm" and got the loading dialog (something you see a little too often, but seeing as it's not styled to match the rest of the app I assume it's going to be removed) after a little while the loading dialog disappears and there's no message of success or failure, it just stays on the order view.

Have tried it over the past 3 weeks. Have experienced slow response, no response (server error message, please try again later) even in the morning when no one is ordering, and favourite items just disappear from the account. Wish it would work, love the custom wraps.

I've tried to use this app over the last three weeks and not once was I able to load a card, balance or make an order.

Cannot select oct or nov when signing up. Could not select 27th day of month. SMH. How can i order if i cannot even sign up? You think this app would have been beta tested already. Instead of being tested by users. This will not help you being in more customers just get them to avoid you.

Says my credit card is expired or keeps saving response forever. Need a major update

Can't load my credit card, has login issues over 4g vs wifi, and makes you load cash rather than pay for the meals.

Waste of time, apps just plain suck, make it so i can order from your website. There is no benefit for me having another useless app on my phone.

Old app stopped working and this one won't let me log in. What's happening with all the credit and money people had in these apps?

It keeps saying I can't sign up at this time and to try again later.

I have 30$ and 2 free meals from the previous app and can't use it because the Freshii in my town is not in the app. I would have to drive 300 km to use MY money! I love the shop but I wish I could put no star at all for the app. I feel robbed.

Like the pre order feature but still terrible experience. Please ability to purchase at the store rather than only pre order

Forces you to load up a wallet $20 at a time instead of paying for each order. App is finicky (ie selecting birth date when signing up)

Registration uses nearly every antipattern I've seen. Ordering a menu item takes nearly a dozen steps before it even gets to payment. I can't imagine how needlessly complicated payment must be.

Freshii should really hire someone else to work on this app. Looks pretty but doesn't work. You should look at the Starbucks app or hire the firm that made that app.

The online ordering system is not available for most of the stores. This is basic just a menu. Too bad

None of the locations in my city are available. Waste of an application.
