Freshdesk for Android
I absolutely love love love love Freshdesk with one slight exception... It works great except that push notifications still don't work on my Galaxy S7. I have contacted Freshdesk tech support (and my cell carrier too for the record) and they were apparently unable to duplicate the problem. They tested my account and said that push notifications worked on their iPhone... Not helpful unfortunately. So as of right now I still have to open the app to check for new tickets...Super lame, but that's the only option I guess. Other than that, great app.
I have been using this app for several weeks now and it is great. The layout is great. I like the login behind the design. I didn't have to waste time trying to figure out where things were which is a big plus in my book.
My favorite thing about using the app over using the website is that for the app you can close multiple support tickets while going around the closed ticket email that gets sent to the client
I was using this app from last two weeks but suddenly it is not allowing me to login but yesterday I tried many times due to this my freshdesk account was locked temporarily.
Great product. Very friendly interface and reliable app. Better than most help fesk apps for the price range offered. Only four stars because there is no "New Email" button in the main menu. It will be just amazing.
It pauses my music when I open the app though, I'll change to 5 stars when its fixed. Thanks :)
A really good and free alternative to Zendesk for providing support. One thing missing is the markdown editor.
I have been using this app for a year now and I love all the features and services provided. It's very easy for me to follow up with anyone and also to know there feedback for the solution/follow ups.
Great app. Would like better filtering options but I understand that there's always limitations on mobile apps vs actual platform
All simple ticketing functions are included and the app is intuitive and snappy. My only wishes would be at least limited admin access, and the ability to create custom ticketing views from within the app.
Great for managing emails and support on the go. I'm international all the time so makes it super easy to only require internet for support and phone access.
I love both the web and Android interfaces to freshdesk ... Just need access to add / edit customer records from mobile apps
Taking control of my audio when opening the app. I don't use the phone features, and I have disabled all permissions. PITA streaming audio and have it pause whenever I use the Freshdesk app.
Works very well, easy to manage tickets and check notifications.

I love the mobile app but engaging in chat real time is sorely missed. Any plans on implementing this?
Great app. But I work with multiple organizations as a freelance, so i need to be able to have multiple profiles synced.
It can be made better if all the features which we get on website, get on App too
I can log in through the Web page but this app won't allow me to log in.
Mostly useful for the push notifications. Please add chrome push notifications to the main site!

Very light and user friendly app. Keep track of your business, connect with your team or clients on the go! One thing that annoys me though is, the ticket opens back up when a client respond to a closed one. Can that be fixed?
Works like a charm on my Note 4 (which Sammy should update to 7.1 since they won't sell a new Note), and this app is the killer feature of Freshdesk as a package. With the app, you can check and update all of your clients' tickets on the run. Pull down notification integration means you won't miss updates to the incoming or existing tickets.

Great app, gives me the ability to run my department with ease. Only exception is the filtering. I can only filter tickets with limited parameters and not by specific customers without having all the closed/resolved tickets populate as well. In order to use extensive filtering I have to stick to the desktop app.
