I love this app! It is great for every day progress checking or to make sure you don't have a serious condition. I was disappointed to find out that even though there are dozens of uncommon conditions listed, there isn't a way to track headaches or migraines, especially since they are extremely common and can be an indicator of something serious. I just sent them feedback in the app, so hopefully that gets added in. If it does, I'll definitely change my review to 5 stars!!

Great App. I can manage all of my health, excercises and nutrition. I also can manage health of my whole family. My favourite thing is the way you can get your health record with timeline. There are many features which I like to use on website.

Was never able to log in to app. Was sent an ambiguous password that was never accepted. Just FYI - if you're going to assign passwords, ALWAYS exclude l and I, O and 0.

I got into the app. It asked me to reset the password. App closed and I can't open the App. I uninstall and reinstall. Same issue. On Note 3. Make an App that actually "opens" and is usable, that would be AWESOME and worthy of 5 stars. Keep working..... I FOLLOWED YOUR REPLY.....STILL DOES NOT WORK. STILL GLITCHES/WON'T OPEN! WOULD BE AWESOME IF IT WORKED

Seems like a great app but like many people I can't open it on my Galaxy S6. I think that makes it pretty pointless! However the website I'd awesome!

Just signed up. No matter what I try to do, the app comes back with the message "Specified cast is not valid."

It's something I've been waiting for and a great improvement from anything else I've found out there!

There's been a tremendous effort in trying to get this incredible App to work with numerous mobile platforms notwithstanding nothing seems to fix the pop up/pop off issue I continue to experience. I'm truly loss for words ... like a new date that just didn't work. Thanks for the high, but I must go ... there's got to be another good app out here that will work for me!

Opens then closes. I think this could be a good application but can't get into it.

Trying to use this to track lab tests. Requires online access. All of the units on the app are different than my labs so I have to convert them. Free T3 isn't an option, and it's the most important thyroid test. The dates are bugged. Entering February 3 or March 11 gives an entry with March 2 or November 5. I think the app has great potential but literally everything I've tried to do today has been a hassle.

Y70%

This app is great! It's easy to use and tracks just about anything health related that you can think of. I love it and highly recommend it. Will up to 5 stars once it adds up daily totals for me :)

Y70%

At first I could not register using my home wifi, constantly told that there is problem connecting to server and prompted to try later. Finaly finished registration using phone data connection (accident?). Now I am trying to modify trackers and again getting the same message. I successfuly browse other pages and apps (including google play) using both connections. Would love the app if I could use it...

I don't want to manually track EVERYTHING. Need automatic Tracking! . Pull info from android wear, google fit, my doctors apps, express scripts, notes, emails, etc. From previous review, still apply - add: new ui, medications, andriod wear, food input. Very disappointing as app has potential

M70%
by M####:

At first glance I liked the idea of it, but there are no options for general pain or even better perhaps a custom tracking that you could name and add custom measurements/sliders/numbers, only set presets that did not describe what I needed. Another smaller issue is general profile is in metric, would be nice to have the option to switch. The major reason I disliked is that if you use the back button and it exits the app, you have to clear all data or it will not reopen the app properly. Makes it unusable.

Y70%
by Y####:

This app requires you to create an account on their website, or your can't do anything with the app. I am not going to trust my personal health data with just anyone. I don't want my data online. Just let me track anonymously on my own device. Uninstalled.

Y70%
by Y####:

Worked fine for first few minutes then had problems connecting and kept randomly closing. Eventually it wouldn't open at all. Useless app.

Y70%
by Y####:

Was a bit annoyed when entering my profile that metric was only option but figured I could deal with that as I need an app like this. However, this app is useless as I now cannot open it (like so many others) on my LG V10

Crap App stop trying to track people and create things change the world for the better...

Installed fine... Registered and then won't connect to service. Now app won't even launch. Too bad!

Y70%
by Y####:

This would be very close to the ideal app I've been searching for, however it keeps closing every time I try to open it regardless of uninstalling and reinstalling. I would give it a 5 if it would actually open.

Nice app

N70%
by N####:

I browse for a more comprehensive health tracking app every few weeks. Love the concept here, but app won't seem to open on my Galaxy Lite (reinstalled 2x already and first downloaded it today), also it would be nice to change from Metric to US measurements and also set a reminder for when I should expect my period. Not sure if I'll keep the app or just use website, but it's what I've been looking for, so I'm hoping for a message from tech support to fix inability to open app on my phone

Still no connectivity with fitness trackers like fitbit & iChoice. Can be the perfect health and fitness app if this was included.

No matter what date/time i input, every entry is recorded as 01/01/2001. Can't find any settings to change this. I'm REALLY disappointed because this was exactly what i was looking for

J70%

Was looking for a simple app that I could use to manage tracking for myself and my young kids. This is a great app. Also, the description suggests using the website too, which is a really good idea since there are lots of useful resources including the community. Well done to the dev team.

I'm not a big user of apps, I just use BBC and a couple of others, but this is good. A friend recommended it to me and I've found it simple to work, and useful too. Definitely worth a try

Tracking my diabetes currently - blood glucose, carbohydrates and ketones. The lab tests are really beneficial to have alongside the other trackers. I contacted the app team to ask about a tracker for COPD too which they told me is on its way. I've also started to use the Health Record on the website version which is really useful. The description suggests that it's best to use the app alongside the website, which is what I'm doing, and it really does make a difference with lots of
