FreshBooks Classic

I can't use the new freshbooks app yet because I rely on a feature that is not yet implemented in the new fresh books. There's only one thing about the classic app that is unacceptable. It is difficult to log in and it likes to log me out. It won't let me use my password manager and apparently I can't even paste the password in. I know that you guys are busy on the new app and the new fresh books​ but please update this app to make it easier to log in and stay logged in. At least until the new freshbooks has all the features of the old freshbooks implemented.

This app needs a complete redesign. I love Freshbooks, but not so much the Android app. Why does it take an eternity when it first launches to "grab my data?" Shouldn't it just pull data as I request it like everything else? Weird.

The time tracker and invoice creation are such time savers and productivity boosters! Needs a way to add all unbilled hours for a client to an invoice from the phone app. Currently, I can only do that from web based version. The Freshbooks team seem a little befuddled or over extended. I've made requests for features, never heard back. Was told there is a new version, can't find it anywhere or any info about it. Why have a big email about a product drop with no product available? I still pay for it though.?

This app is great and necessary as using the Freshbooks timer on my laptop freezes everything else. (Note to devs: maybe work on that, too.) But why is the lock screen display white letters on a white background? Freshbooks is the only app that doesn't use black font? I can't check my time without actually opening the app, which makes the notification block on the screen useless.

Can't paste my password. I have a complex password and use a password manager. This application does not allow pasting of the password when it re-prompts you for security purposes, making it useless.

I love Freshbooks and the app makes it so easy to keep my books up to date on the go. I can do estimates on the spot, I can invoice from anywhere, and I can immediately add my expenses, including a pic of receipt, immediately. Love it!

Couldn't get it to work. Lg v20. Put in login info and nothing worked just kept saying may take 5 to 10 min to gather info for ever.

Limited views and controls from app. FB is limited enough already, so app borders on useless. Just visit desktop site from mobile, forget the app.

I've been using this app for about a year now ..Makes your business invoices look professional and it is pretty easy to use!

I'd be lost without freshbooks has totally turned my invoicing around and made life a lot easier! And customer service are always on hand to help out!

It takes "5 to 10 minutes" to get your data when you login. What a joke.

Simple but functional, everything I need without tons of clutter.

After switching from the iOS version, this is disappointing to say the least. Not enough control.

After the freshbooks 'new looks' the system is generally completely unfriendly,it's runs terrible on all my devices , they stuffed up a great system

Doesn't even work. Won't let me create an account.

Be aware, they just upgraded to new version with non-friendly layout, this mean current version not realy supported...

Why we can't add tax and canadian dollars?

Works great for invoices wish it would pair with banking for reconciliation.

This app is so plain and has very few useful features. Been using it for years but there has not been a single update that has improved usability, or user interface. Something as simple as sorting time entries by month or billing code to see how many hours have been logged is missing. Just really disappointed with this app, but freshbooks is still the best cloud accounting out there, so I guess we get whatever they give us. Just had enough and finally decided to voice my review.

Through my Freshbooks trial, I've really grown fond of the features that are in place. One feature that I love is the ability to have support tickets on the client portal. However, if a new ticket is submitted, I can't manage this from my android app. Please add this feature. I use Freshdesk as well for another company and answering support tickets mobile is huge from a customer service aspect.

this apps is good. if u have business this is I recommend you to download. using your mobile. its easy and safe. I'll give 5 star rating for this apps. life is so easy with the new technology..

I use my browser instead, as the app is very limited. So no point in using it. Hopefully we get updates soon.

Loved it before it stopped working. Nothing entered through the app syncs up so I can no longer enter hours or send correct invoices without going through the website.

This is by far the easiest and best app for all my accounting needs!
