Totally. It would be nice to included HR target ranges.
The scroll function to change the time is difficult to use and all the info it gives is available online for free
So put in my time and distance and it worked out what my race pace should be . However wouldn't workout what my workout pace would be for each type of session. Took my refund.

Frequently used prior training and racing
It is a calculator, nothing more. Once you input a race time it will output suggested training pace for different distances. It will not provide any other sort of advice or training program. Definitely not worth 5 dollars, would consider paying no more than 1 dollar for such limited functionality.
I'm really happy this is available to Android users now. I use this al the time. One thing to make it better, add a section that defines each workout type. Like when you click on "Steady State" it reminds you of what it is. Ooo, and maybe add a function for creating McMillan workouts, like thekinds in the book. Just ideas. Love the app, though.
Fantastic app for pacing and planning. A bit glitchy though so needs refining to cut out the errors and re-loads.
Really gives a good idea of what your pace is for every distance. Now I can set new goals based off these. Very helpful to me. Like the workout pacing too!
Each time I try to launch the app it says an application restart is required. Then you have to tap continue to open the program. Very annoying 4 stars if fixed!!!!
I'm really happy this is available to Android users now. I kind of hoped there would be a "goal pace" section, though. That's the only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars. Otherwise, it is excellent. :)
It does what it says. I find the information very helpful for designing workouts. For a paid app it has limited functionality. It also crashes at every startup and has to reopen. I would recommend purchase but I think it could use some upgrades.

Love the web version of this, the Droid version has me running faster workout paces (endurance) than my predicted race mile time. Grabbing the refund.

The app takes your running time for one distance and extrapolates that time to other distances. It also suggests the range for the training pace depending on type of excercise (recovery run, long run, intervals, etc.). Latest version displays time in minutes (wierd to readfor long distances), and I don't think the suggested pace for training is correct. Please fix that!
