We are a small friendly family run hotel offering Bed and Breakfast or Bed, Breakfast and Evening Meals with a good choice of menu cooked fresh on the day. All our rooms are en-suite, maintained to a high standard and spotlessly clean throughout with excellent facilities and flatscreen TV’s.

This popular hotel has been owned and managed by the Ablett family since 1997 and is currently managed by Simon Ablett and his partner Laura. Bob and Linda still help out around the hotel with Bob helping out in the kitchen with Simon preparing and cooking your Breakfast and evening meal if you choose to take this option.

Our excellent position in the North shore of Blackpool makes us ideal for your break away. We are just off the promenade and only 5 min walk away from the North pier and Town Cenre. The world famous Funny Girls venue is just round the corner from our hotel. We are close to tram and bus stops too giving you easy access to all of Blackpools famous attractions.
