Set in the heart of Melrose the Station Hotel is a firm favourite with locals and visitors alike.

The hotel was originally set up to house travelers arriving at Melrose Train Station. Sadly, the line closed down many years ago but the business has continued despite its loss.

The premises have been tastefully updated whilst retaining the old world charm of this historic building, so you’ll find plenty of interesting features mingled with modern comforts.

Lucille and Jim believe in serving quality home cooking at a price the whole family can enjoy, so whether you choose to eat in the restaurant, lounge bar or a take away, you can be assured of great value for money.

Melrose nestles under the stunning scenery of the Eildon Hills and plays host to the Greenyards Rugby Grounds and ancient Melrose Abbey. The beautiful River Tweed winds its way around the town and is always popular with fishermen, artists and photographers alike.
