If you are in the area pop in and come see us, or try a class for free or just come and have a look around our box and awesome in house shop.

We have everything from T-Shirts to Protein, wrist straps to Trion-Z bands and much more. Come in and say hello....you are always welcome!

If you are not near by (boo for you) you can also get pretty much everything you need from our on line store too. Just click on the "Shop" tab.

OPENING HOURS:
Monday to Friday 7am - 8.30pm
Saturday 10am- 2pm
Sunday 11am - 2pm
N.B: Gym Closed 10am-12pm every week day. Reception unmanned 1pm-3pm every week day for Open Gym
