We have very experienced and knowledgeable team of who come from an mixture of IT and Electronic Repairs backgrounds with over 30 years experience (From the days of repairing Spectrum’s to Sony PS4’s). We understand how important your device is to you and for that we have invested heavily in our repair equipment, especially soldering & rework stations. We use the highest quality professional tools and soldering equipment, and can therefore offer an unrivalled repair service.

There are no premium rate numbers, no automated phone queuing system and no techno babble aimed to confuse. When you contact us, we will do our very best to help you and advise you on your options. We will speak in plain English and do our very best to explain as much or as little as you wish.

When you book in a repair with us via our online site, you will be given a repair order ID number, you can use this to track your repair progress online, or simply phone and speak to one our friendly team for an update. We will also automatically update you via email as your job progresses. We keep a record (fully backed up database) of all work carried out and this enables both us and our customers to be able to recall any details up about past jobs.

Our purpose built workshop enables us to carry out an extensive range of repairs in-house, unlike some others we will not send your device hundreds of miles away to a central workshop, you can speak directly to the person working on device.

No need to wait weeks to get your system back, if your in a hurry we can often turn around urgent repairs around in 24 hours*.

We offer a 6 month warranty (twice as long as most competitors) on all of our repairs, so you can be sure that if you have any issues that you will not be left on you own.

We have a very high success rate on all our repairs, however in those rare instances that we cannot repair your device, you don’t pay us penny and we will offer you fully refunded for amount originally paid to us.
