Who We Are

Established in 2007 Ace Crew has grown from strength to strength to become a leading preferred supplier to the conference, exhibition, film and events industries. We provide solutions for all kinds of jobs and budgets. As you plan an event you can book in crew, as and when you require them, or you can call on us at short notice as jobs arise.

Supplying crew for any period of time, from a few hours to a few days, weeks or months we can supplement your existing crews for special functions and events. We work regularly with professional companies on events and productions throughout the UK.


How We Work

We operate a 24hour emergency service and our proficient admin staff are always at hand to deal with your last minute requests efficiently and professionally. We will match the right skilled crew to your production and will endeavour to keep the same crew throughout the entirety of the job for on-site consistency. Ace Crew employs a crew monitoring system that involves direct feedback from our clients and crew chiefs, enabling them to rate each crew member on their performance.

Our crew bring with them a friendly, positive, can-do attitude with a focus on our client’s specifications and requirements. All crews of four or more are managed by one of our experienced and diligent crew chiefs, who will ensure that each and every task undertaken is completed within the necessary time frame to our reputable high standards.
