Free Sound Studies - Academy

Free Sound Studies is a music academy born in the province of Catania, in 2007, by highly qualified teachers.
Soon it becomes a reference point in the whole province for young and old who wish to pursue the study of music. Her educational purposes are disclosure and use of learning classic and jazz methods to reach with students a good technical and practical level.

Thanks to partnering with organizations in the area, the association can entering within the community for analyze the social aspect and interaction with the local environment, becoming a reference point for many cultural events in the province and not only.

Students, overcome the first levels of study, have the option (always followed by teachers during their first steps into the world of "live") to perform to overcome the emotional impact with the audience, so taking care of all aspects of a live performance. During the summer, to further improve the technical level of the students and to encourage socialization, the academy organizes, with excellent results in satisfaction terms and response to stimuli to learning, study holiday, lasting a week outside the province of Catania, boasting prestigious collaborations with common host.
The Academy uses public and private structures, it has a secretary, five rooms soundproof and salon events for the realization of musical ensemble sessions, workshops and meetings, it also organizes master teachers of national and international fame.

Since 2012, Free Sound Studies - Music Academy is authorized centre Trinity College London, No. 53462.
Trinity College London is accredited by the Italian Ministry of Education and it releases certificates and recognized qualifications through examinations carried out regularly in authorized centers.
It has been active for more than 130 years and currently operates in over 60 countries worldwide.
In October of 2011 "Free Sound Orchestra" was born. It made up of the best pupils, with the supervision of the academy, her students have the opportunity to do concerts throughout the region.
In April of 2015 "Free Gospel Sound" was born. It’s a training choral Jazz / Pop, born with mainly educational purpose that reflects the characteristics of the Academy traveling from swing style to the Musical.
