Freeletics Nutrition for Android
Great app. I would welcome possibility to select the meals I shop for in advance and then have them marked somehow
Nothing is free. I rather look up recipes online than pay for this
It a great tool to keep you on track with your diet.
I have purchased coach service for gym but they now also want to pay for this shiet. Should be complementary with coach package.
its not free. I can google healthy recipes and exercises and get the same results without wasting $17/month. garage app. don't download.
This app doesn't deserve even 1star its shame that they still suggest eggs as source of protein despite the fact that the cholesterol it has is enough to kill you or at less makes you fat! Also they suggest meet and other animals products, its very expensive and not worth it Makes you fat and unhealthy take your money and lose your time For alternative I suggest nutrition facts from Dr Groger its free and has tons of info :)
Very useful
It's an amazing app . Easy to use and i love the add to shpping list option. And i became a premium member for 1 month after using it for few days .
Great app. Easy to use great choice and variety and great tips for when eating out. Always feel satisfied with meal sizes and am losing a great amount of weight.
No paleo option? No vegan option? Come on!
Excellent! Easy to use. Delicious recipes.
The app is good, but unless you stick to the recipes you're never 100% sure you got the eating our right. The portion size is... Subjective at best, as no clear instruction on what's S, what's XS. What do they mean more exactly!+? Would be great if the nutrition plan would be more dynamic: allow you to submit the ingredients, quantities and rate how good it is for the plan profile you should be adhering to (especially since they are so close to eachother!)
Great intensions but a bit restriced one should be able to personalise more. I just make my own substitutions where I don't like something. I can still reach my goal. Use common sense and you can make for what the app lacks
Would be better if you could filter out more ingredients like soy or if it gave you substitutes for soy products. It would also be an improvement if you could sort your shopping list.
Looks good but doesn't let me choose vegan as a dietary requirement.
Some ingredients not available or highly expensive to gain it's good to provide alternatives
Great recipes, easy to use
I love how its called freeletics but it isn't free
Great app. Recipes keeps repeating week after week is annoying. And wish if it gives you a grocery list by days instead of adding them by meals
It would be great if I could choose my training days, so the app can manage macros better. Also, it'd be great if I could pick which recipe from _all_ the recipes available for one particular group, given that it's hard to get every ingredient.
Love the app, only complaint is that the coach repeats the same recipes over and over even though there are so many to choose from.
Great recipes, simple, easy to use. Would like it if I could favorite recipes.
Why is it called freeletics when u have to pay!?
I just started to use it, the meals seem very tasty and easy to make. However I find it impossible to do any meal prep following the plan, as there are 4 different meals a day / 7 days of the week.
Great planning and control tool for your diet. It does the job where so many other apps fail.
No se adapta para nada a la región, ni en el lenguaje ni en las recetas y demás. Muy difícil conseguir los ingredientes que piden la mayoría de las recetas.
Great app. I am using it together with the Bodyweight app, and I've lost 5kg in 2 months, going from 19% body fat to 13.5%. It would be nice to be able to navigate to the actual recipes from your profile/history. At the moment you can only view the list of what you've cooked before.
Love it but would like to be able to add more of the ingredients in the shopping list
No coach no app
Excellent app.
Is not easy to find all the ingredients, and the recipes don't give any alternative to them... It is also not easy to prepare all the menu in advance and keep up with doing so many different options during the day. You would either need more time to prepare them all, or take the "restaurant option" but Im not sure you would have the expected results with this last one.
The meals taste really good.....Aaaand that's about it. Unless you have a personal chef, are willing to spend thousands of dollars a month buying all the ingredients and have zero job, you absolutely cannot follow the coach. The Shopping list feature is terrible and does not use proper measurements. If you try and buy ingredients in advance; like most working citizens, it gives a list of something like: 0.5 onion 1.25 summer onion 0.25 & 7/8th of a tuscan, semi virgin, free reign onion. Instead of just saying you need 3 onions and 1 red onion. On top of this I had to have the nearest specialty store ("Sprouts" whole foods) special order some of the ingredients because they don't carry them. I spent nearly 300$ for just 6 meals(two days of food) and it took me half of a day just make all of the food "Ain't nobody got time for dat."
The meals are great just way to many locked if you don't have a coach
Most of the meals are really good. Overall a very handy app for those who want to eat healthier.
Can be improved. Would be great being able to save a list of recipes
Most of meals are good but difficult to find the ingredients
Love the concept. Really helps me to eat less without starving. Right what I needed. I just wish there would be more vegetarian options. For some of the categories there is just one or two meals too choose from for me
I'm on my 2nd week and these are the glaring issues I found so far... 1. Portions: Add an option to decrease/increase meal sizes by 1/4. i.e. if the full portions are 8 ounces of some ingredient then by adjusting my personal setting I could drop all recipes by 1/4 increments... L (8 oz) to M (6 oz) to S (4 oz) to XS (2 oz). 2. Different Sizes: "1 chopped onion" sounds simple enough but it becomes complicated when I can buy a small onion (4 oz) in the supermarket as well as a very large onion (8 oz). Replacing counters for ingredients that vary in size to amounts (i.e. 1 cup chopped onions or 8 oz chopped onions) would work best. It would also help with point #1. 3. Rate recipes: Since everyone has different pallets, please add an option to rate recipes. also, options to eliminate recipes I don't like and increase the frequency of recipes I do. 3. More options: I like that I get three options to choose from for each meal but it would be great if we would replace hard to find ingredients with alternates. I know it sounds like a big task but being able to replace ingredients with alternates in my settings would be great! it would put this app in a different level.
I absolutely love and swear by this app! I have lots of reviews on my youtube channel (tina aka shortestyle) about this app and how i incorporate it into my life =] go check it out!!!

Excellent app. Only thing I would love to have is, while I can see entire week meal plan and can add individual dishes to shopping list there should be an option to set dish as default out of all suggested dishes so that when I see meals by day, without going inside each meal menu i can quick glance what I decided to cook on that day.
