Track My Medical Records

This app is great. I originally rated it higher but dropped the rating. I would like to upgrade to Silver but the website has been broken for over a year. Support has stopped and they no longer reply to questions. What you see is what you'll get. Don't expect anything more.

I agree that there should be an option for date unknown with medical conditions. We aren't all 20 somethings. I also wish it would access contacts for data input like other apps. Otherwise it is the most complete app I've seen. Procedures, devices, allergies. All information the other apps fail to include that are critical to care

Sometimes when i tap back or home the app doesnt respond n i have to restart my phone. Im keeping the app cuz i like how it backs up my info. Plz add family history section and symptom tracker feature.

I really like the app. The biggest problem is that i actually tried to upgrade to the silver or gold version so i can print my numerous procedures and diagnosis in a pdf format. Unfortunately when i tried to upgrade my level of service i was told that the emergency card is sold out. Im not interested in the card! Just the other upgrade options. I've never seen anyone who won't take your money. I sent the developer an email 2 days ago with no response. The app itself is a 4 or 5 star all day but the fact that you advertise the paid levels we should be able to pay for them. Fix this and ill gladly rate higher. It would be extremely beneficial if i could print ASAP.

I have been using this app since 2013. All my doctors love it. I track all my kids and my vitals and all medical information. For the people that have complaints, you didn't give the app a chance. Don't pass it off because of looks, this really has everything that is needed and More!

So far I'm impressed but I wish u could upload a pic to the profiles..I like how easy it is to use and retrievable on other devices. Really handy for recording all five of my children's doctors and diagnosis's incase something were to happen to me (mama), my family knows where to retrieve their medical info to continue to take care of my babies

Need to tap on every field multiple times to be able to update anything. So fed up i'm uninstalling.

I love this app. Although, I do suggest adding a category for medical restrictions. If your medical is like mine u need this app!

I like that I can see my records without internet. Makes things easier when at a doctor's office or critical care clinic. I highly recommend this to anyone with several health issues. Would like a section to record test results and to put "unknown" for dates on conditions. The appointments section is especially handy for those of us with several doctors (specialists)

This app has almost everything I need to provide data to a medico, off-line. Others, who complain about not having Internet access at the surgery, should realise that all necessary info IS available off-line. Highly recommended! After a few more months, I would add that it IS possible to view all data on line with a 4G phone.

So far, I like this app a great deal. I was exactly for what I was searching: an app that not only lists medications, but also allergies, doctors, interventions, etc. It doesn't beep to tell me when I need to take a medication...I don't need that, I already know. The feature I needed was just a list of all medicines and allergies... in case of emergency.

This is a basic database program for entry of medical data so you can keep track of your own medical history. The various forms make it simple to enter the data. It's quite handy as a tool to substitute for the various forms you have to fill out when visiting a new medical provider. Now if I can just get all my doctors to accept the reports that this program can generate instead of their own checklists.!!! The data is also available through any web browser, using your username and password. Update: Unfortunately, I have to downgrade my original review. Today, at the doctor's office, I wanted to enter notes as the doctor explained my lab results. Unfortunately, the app would not let me enter data without an internet connection! What's with that? Why? You can't expect every Dr. Office to furnish free internet access, can you?

Over this app but is glitchy. Have had several times where I could not open. The condition once a large amount of content is put in. Wish that could be fixed.

I like this app. I was able to make notes that I wanted to tell my doctor, and enter all my past and present appointments, labs, tests, etc. I have the icon on my phone home screen so others can find my health info in case of emergency.

As a nurse I found all the information I ask upon admit to the hospital. The card they offer is a great idea, yes for an extra cost but it is worth it. Some people laugh at me when I describe a living will but, you never know when you will be unconscious or in a coma. Yes it's not a pretty app but healthcare rarely is.

Would like to request a checklist for conditions like on forms at doctors offices. Alot of times I forget past conditions. Also a checklist for family's medical conditions. . . 4 daughters and parents and grandparents and extended family is hard ti remember (especially when you have fibromyalgia brain fog and early onset dementia)

The UI is more than adequate. One niggle: graph labels disappear as the timeline increases; if most have to be by week, narrow the gap. Highly recommended!

Cumbersome interface. Not very intuitive. Good idea, poor execution. Tried going to website to fill out the information faster, but it was even worse than the app? The last update shows to be in 2013? Is this no longer a company?

I have epilepsy and because of this I need to take a few different meds ,along other meds retaining to other issues. all this plus appointments, again 10+. it saved me a few times. Thank you. Well done

. Every time I attempt to use this app there is a problem. I think that this company needs to get their act together, and when they do it will be a very good thing. I think that the ability to put all your medical health information online is a great thing. Hopefully they get out of beta phase

This app is great, especially for someone who visits multiple doctors and needs quick and fairly easy access to information about your medical info. World be better if it were more tablet friendly (larger). Overall it is a great app. Make it a little better for tablets and 5 stars.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Easy to use and provides information both on my computer and phone.

Would like the calendar to maintain all past appointments and could enter onset of disease. How about adding lab results for common tests ie ac1, lipids, etc. App is awesome tech support gets back to you.

This app is great. Only two suggestions to improve it...1) When I click the home button, it makes me select the patient again. It get's annoying when I'm the only patient. 2) Would be nice to have a export feature to a) generate a pdf "summary" and b) a full detailed PDF report with all details and notes. Check boxes to select what to include in the reports would be nice.

Simple, love to have everyone in one place.

I have my entire family on here and it keeps track of everything. I have used other apps, but the have not come close to this one. When I attend doctor visits, I suggest this to the staff to help other patients and families.

Good for what it provides....one place to keep track of family's medical history and care. Upgrade price is a little bit on the high side. If there was a way to send reports to all of my doctors I would rate a 5.

The interface on the PC and the tablet have a very OLD format appearance. VERY POOR organization. No place for lab data or vital signs. No apparent method to enter serial weights. There are better I am sure

It's very handy to have my medical info all in one place. Especially for listing prescriptions. Wish it had a place to records name's and contact information for my doctors too.

I will be upgrading to the gold at the first of the month, because I like the additional features available, like having my living will included

This app is great for tracking your health care. The bad reviews are ridiculous. Simple to use. The only thing I don't like is the price to upgrade $24.99 per patient is a bit steep. There's no other app that I have found that comes close by comparison.

I do nt care if l need an internet connection to keep it running. CBS BP HBA1C BLOOD URINE all data can be kept in order and very easy to use. Some people here hv been complaining abt d interface, but u need to understand it a little n have sm patience, n ths program s d best. Kindly allow me to remove/edit the allergies, medications etc tabs, l do nt need them. Also checking stats from 2013 is almost impossible. Navigation in time really sucks. TNX.

I love this app helps me a lot at my doctor appointments and ER visits. When you are sick you tend to for get important details of medical history that is when this app comes in handy. I highly recommend it.

Medical record of illnessess, best I have seen and i am a nurse

I like this app, but I need to be able to download some of my information to a paper copy to give to my doctors.

I'm a very sick young guy,in a nursing care center. of course they like to control my medical stuff.being on 40+ oral meds and 2 IV medications. Countless diagnoses, so it's a very big medical file. and TRACK MY MEDICAL RECORDS stores every detail and you are able to log in and see it wherever,whenever. I'm a very happy customer! AAA+
