I really like the fact that I can take it anywhere I go. The only problem I have had so far is connecting to the private server.

Even though I pay for premier it will not recognize my email. Support had not helped.

It really sucks worked for 2 days and then it stopped

Works fine. Purchased a sim card and signed up for the free trial. Then downloaded the app.

Needs some work with set up and a better app to run and control it. But it works! I use Net gear Air card, available here free to control it and no problems!

It is not working with my Samsung galaxy s4. It won't let me sign in

Works on one device (note edge) won't work on the actual phone I got from FP (s4) emailed support last month, still no responce. Crap app.....update, after a month it finally connected. 5 stars

App sucks a fat one. This company slams you with marketing of its sign-up offers and then becomes virtually nonexistent when it comes to resolving customer service issues.

Freedompop is the worst company. When you email their customer service takes weeks to get back to you. They promised me a U250 4G LTE usb stick and sent a USED 4G U600 stick in the U250 box (you can tell because the box was clearly for the round U250 device, but they stuck the U600 in 250 box...someone must have stolen it in their "Provisioning" step). I don't even have 4G in my area, only LTE. I would recommend you stay with a regular carrier. These folks are not ready for prime time. I don't care how many people use them, find out how many are running away from these guys. I would give them a 0 if I could! Beware!

I pay $29 for nothing , can't open on galaxy mega6.3 and customer service is just not reachable, mennnnnnn that's a rest of time
