CNP Mobile Outage Tracker

I downloaded this app during an outage, hoping to see when power would be restored. App never opened, just sat on the loading screen, spinning its wheels. Waste of time!

Won't even start up on my S6 Active.

Basically just a fixed image you scroll around. Not.detailed enough to be helpful. Waste of time.

App hasn't been updated since Oct 2012. Times out with error message after about 2 minutes. Developers obviously not supporting the app any longer.

Does not work at all on my HTC 10. Just spins on the launch screen forever

When viewing the map, mostly just see a white screen. Not helpful at all.

Never loads, just spins forever.

If you enjoy watching a progress icon go around in circles and nothing else, then this app is for you.

They decommissioned the app. They need to delete it

Was decommissioned in favor of a website that's impossible to use on mobile.

Map doesn't show gives me uncopyable nondynamic link to another app. Waste of time when power out!

Thank you for finally making an app for Android! So happy the other night that I could use this app and find out when my electricity was coming back!

Let me know when my electric service was going to be restored.

Good for answering the question "How bad does everyone have it?" right after a storm, but as for scoping out specific areas it is just not really functional. Feels like I'm loading this on an old Nokia from 2003.

The app takes forever to change screens, but every image is always heavily pixelated. Zooming with your fingers may crash the application. This is the worst app that I have used.

I have Samsung Galaxy devices and the app does everything it says, it's just slow and a little temperamental. I was able to find my neighborhood on the map and find the approximate power-on time. It just took some patience. But I do agree that the app has a lot of permissions for what it is.

This app take forever to. Load. It a very poorly conceived app. Really need to improve it.

Would be great if this worked. Takes forever to refresh. Try to zoom, it goes halfway across town. Now says power restored 2 hrs ago but still no lights. Waste of time.

Definitely glitchy but I can see outages in different places

No rotation... slow to respond... jumps around at random.... These are the basics that any app should be doing better

App sucks need to work on it people put my zip code for you see the outages
