Tango joins the ever-expanding roster of video chat applications for mobile phones. But unlike and FaceTime, our current favorites, Tango supports the iPhone and iPod touch and Android devices, giving it an automatic leg up on the iOS-only competition. But greater compatibility doesn't necessarily equal improved functionality. Unfortunately, Tango doesn't have what it takes to best its competitors.
